Rambo was a Green Beret from 5th Group who was drafted during Vietnam when Special Forces of such sorts were making a big debut in the world. The most fictionalized part is that he operates alone, which isn't all that bad because his whole detachment was wiped out. That and the fact he is cross trained in every MOS in the special forces series hahaha! You can't help but love such a character, he is as symbolic as our flag!

I loved the last part, when Rambo stabs that guy running off and comes out and looks at him like, "Going somewhere? when you get to hell to them Rambo sent you, they'll give you a discount".

I can't blame Stallone for canceling the 5th Rambo film. I mean common the man is 70 years old. Even in recent expendable films it's ridiculous what he's doing in his mid 60's.

If they should do another Rambo movie, it should be about his time in 'Nam. I know prequels are dangerous, but it would do well to further the emotional trauma Rambo experiences in First Blood.

@OneWithTheAnimals not to mention that the rambo had the burma soldiers distracted so the other mercs could fight more easily the outcome of the fight was mostly because of how sudden everything went fubar

the ending part of this is used in x men wolverne origins surprisingly when the helicopter crash happens just before that,,is nt a copyright issue,,,

This is a perfect example of how music can make or break a scene. The scene is awesome yes, but the music really makes it stick

Yes, it was just put at the wrong order when it was supposed to be at the end before the soundtrack of when Rambo returns to his old home.
