The Constitutional Amendment Bill (CAB) has been passed in Lok Sabha after a day-long discussion. The bill proposes a 10 percent quota for the economically weaker section of the general category. Taking part in the discussion, RPI leader and Minister in Modi Government Ramdas Athawale delivered this witty speech.
Ramdas Bandu Athawale, the president of the Republican Party of India, is a social activist, an Indian politician and a Dalit leader from the state of Maharashtra. Watch the video to listen to Ramdas Athawale's entire speech on the reservation.

This person jokes but never laughs at his own joke...most of his videos he seems serious but makes others laugh with his seriousness...that's called a great human being
