Hi~~ ima share the recipe of my go-to favourite ramen (using maggi) 1. In a bowl add 2/3rd Maggi masala, garlic paste (1 tsp), black pepper (to taste), 1tbsp soya sauce and 1tbsp chili vinegar. Mix into sauce/paste. (You can add chili flake if you want) 2. Boil 1 maggi noodles without adding any masala 3. In a seperate pan, heat some oil (about 2-3tbsp). Once hot, pour it into the bowl of paste (it should make a sizzling sound) 4. Add a little more oil on the pan and crack an egg. Season it with salt and black pepper. Make sure the yolk doesn't completely solidify. 5. Carefully move the boiled noddles into the paste bowl and add sufficient amount of broth. Toss the noodles around to completely mix in the paste. 6. Finally, move the egg on top of the noodles. Season the dish with spring onions and sesame seed. Enjoy~ ✨

The orange Yippee noodles tastes so nice. I've come to love it so much😊. Back here there are tons of Korean noodles we've tired some spicy ones and nepali mimi noodles is also popular mostly eaten raw with salad or boiled as noodles.

Indeed, actual ramen has so little flavour, because japanese people don't add much spice to their dishes at all, most of us indians find their cuisine a bit bland, sometimes outright flavourless (looking at you sushi...) Ive tried japanese stuff before, its good but most of the times the flavour is just too subtle for me to be satisfied so i NEED to add more flavour manually

As an Indian and a vegetarian, we have access to Ramen to sometimes we get confused if it's fully veg because sometimes it is made with chicken broth but labelled veg. And as a Hindu, I heard that ramen can also be made in Beef broth it's a rumour or truth Idk but I have to be careful because for Hindu people Cow is considered holy so I can't risk it YK.

It’s actually ramyeon, & not ramen. Ramen is actual home-made noodles, and ramyeon is instant noodles.
