I saw a picture of a ramen ice cream sandwich on Reddit and decided to make it myself. I also heard about a chocolate-dipped ice cream bar coated in ramen, so why don't we make that one too!? #emmymade #ramenicecreamsandwich

drizzle each side of the ramen in salty soft butter caramel or butterscotch ice cream [thicker the better, but not keen to solidify] sauce on one side, Let it drip through [this will help the ramen hold together somewhat, and give you that magical salty boost you craved] then magic shell chocolate on the same side after. thinner slice of ice cream to sandwich. That's how i was able to stumble upon the perfect ramen sandwich in record time. Had all on hand and the ice cream sauces were burning a spot in my pantry, was amazing. Thank you Emmy for the inspiration! Giving insutructions to someone i know knows how to make a method as a cook is a dream next to inlaws. XD

We always break up the raw ramen (2 bricks) and sauté in a skillet with butter until browned and sprinkle with one packet of seasoning and use it as a topping on salads. But I’m thinking it would be great to sauté in butter and add a little bit of cinnamon sugar and a pinch of salt and then put it on ice cream! Yum!

These kiiiind of remind me of something my mom made a few times when I was a kid, we called them "ramen noodle cookies". Basically (this is entirely by memory/guessing, but I'm pretty sure it would work this way) you'd melt chocolate (or any flavor) chips, break up ramen noodles into small chunks, and dip maybe 1-2 tablespoons at a time of uncooked, unseasoned noodles into the melted chocolate and let them harden in the fridge. I also remember her making butterscotch flavor (do butterscotch chips even still exist?) and possibly white chocolate as well.

Yes Emmy, I smell my spatulas as well as my plastic food containers. I figured out a way to get rid of the strong smells left in plastic containers after they had some other stinky food in them like onions. What is do is wash out the container with soap 🧼 and water 💦, then I fill the container with hot water and I add a drop of soap along with a little bit of liquid laundry bleach. Then I let it sit in the sink until the wTe4 cools down. Then I rinse out the container with more soap and water to make sure no bleach residue is left behind. Then I let it completely air dry. Usually the smell is gone, if it isn’t I do it over again.

I think crunchy ramen snacks are an undiscovered realm that no one has taken advantage of yet. I would totally buy that.

My first thought upon seeing the thumbnail for this video: "Thas gon melt!" You can't possibly eat ice cream fast enough to not lose most of it to the floor. Heck, I wouldn't even be able to eat it in one sitting!

Every time Emmy turns to show her other camera a close up of her bite, I think that it’s so good she immediately turns to offer it up to a family member standing out of frame or something 😂
