Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

Очень здорово!! Ты молодец!❤Жаль, что в Симс пока нет, действительно спец режима, чтоб на участке могло функционировать хотя бы два вида предприятия. Было б прям круто. Совмещать сразу несколько : ресторан и магазин и т.д. И все могло работать как надо.

Very cute and super authentic! I watch a gal on KZfaq who lives in Japan. She Vlogs a lot about the place she lives in, her community and the city. This building would completely fit in to the environments I’ve seen in her streams. Anyway thanks for building another great community lot! Now if only the Sims team would give us the ability to run multiple businesses out of one lot. 😊😊❤️❤️

sadly, the game doesn't have 'multi-function lot' at the moment. but for pc/mac players, you can add custom lot trait for this.

you can also buy an empty residential lot for your sim, then buy the retail lot and they can sleep, shower, etc. there. It will send you back "home" if you leave the lot, but you just travel back to the community lot 😊😊 I love to play this way because loading each screen twice a day is a pain.

I really love this one and I love your builds, I have all the packs do I need to download the tray file? Do you have any suggestions of any mods you may use; I'm only thinking that I guess the restaurant owner lives on the premises and there is the bubble tea place and massage place as well all on the same property.

Got to play in it tonight. Really love it but I changed a few things. Guests keep sitting on the small table in the booba shop but were restaurant visitors. Keeped ordering snacks from the booba shop but never took them. So I delted the table. The other thing that I couldn't fix so far is that there is no way betwee kitchen and dinner room, so the worker walks around the whole building to bring food etc

For the boba shop, it could be cuter to just have a couple chairs next to a coffee table so you keep the essence. For the restaurant I'd suggest trying to convert the bathroom into a 1x3 orientation that way you can have quicker access to the tables.

If you don't want to try that, try moving the trash can (I think that's a trash can next to a pantry rack) into the landing area with the stairs (or just remove it since there's outdoor trash cans). Then move the waiter station to next to the pantry rack and add a doorway/door frame there. You will have to delete a couple counters, but it's another option.

@@aaly.aaly.oxenfree not sure if I need a bathroom for a restaurant. Propably will kick out the massage salon on the second floor, cause I have no idea how to manage that while having basicly a restaurant, a booba shop and a bar. Couldnt test it out with Carls Mod so far and none of my damn workers warted to show up for work... Gonna try it again later tonight

@@TheBlakia While the guests don't always use it, I wanna say a bathroom is a requirement and it helps to have it nearby if your sim needs one. You could always just lock the other doors for everyone if you're just wanting to run it as a restaurant, but still wanting to keep the other buildings look like shops.

@@jeefobirdmy brother, not only is ichiraku a single stall, but it literally doesn’t look anything like this. It has blue motifs and is much more “run down”. Looks identical? Look it up first lmao This is a standard looking ramen restaurant you’d find in Japan. Unless it’s explicitly based on naruto, which this isn’t, saying so is kinda ignorant.

@@jeefobird still, you answered right away lmao, I’m also just saying, weird comparison when you’re not even sure of the looks of what you’re comparing. Most sims builds, art, etc is always gonna look similar to something else, but it makes it so difficult to be creative when someone basically takes your hard work and says it’s identical to something else. Hope the creator doesn’t feel the same way.
