I just bought Verse 2 and the movie Masterverse figure. I never bought the figure before because the head sculpture was so bad. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. You earned my subscription.

I only have the classics movie he-man and wasn’t expecting this to be as good as it is on the classics figure. I’ve known about these heads for a while but wasn’t sure how they would turn out but these look great. Brilliant review.

Not surprised that the Origins head sold out. Not to say it's the best of the 3(I'd imagine some got the other heads for use on Origins as well), but "Parts, Parts, Parts" is a big draw to the Line. Obviously the modularity has its limits(skin tone, incompatible tooling), but if Mattel, Ramen, or whoever were to put out Weapons Packs, Boot Packs , Armor Packs, etc - there's a segment of Origins buyers that would snatch those up instantly. An approach that's directly decended from the Fashon Doll, rather than the Scene Re-Creation Model - it's not for everyone but there's definitely a market.

🧙‍♂Indeed there Sir, the heads are a better look there for sure, yes i ah, purchased two verse 2 heads one to use one in making a Custom Movie Faker figure with there.☺

oh yes indeed sir - this was a plan ive had since ordering my first Verse 2 head Sculpt piece - but yes i ah, decided to get a second: V2 head for the purposes of making a Masterverse Faker Custom - but ill be doing a bit of Battle Damage effect on my custom movie faker - much as i did with my custom Origins Dupli-Cat there indeed ☺ and i got a Verse1 head also, but yes those should be with me in a few days as they have just cleared thee old Boarder Customs. i just have a longer wait in getting the movie figures due to the shop having issues with there shipping carrier sadly.

Yellow is a low covering pigment, so there might be an additive in there that makes it sticky. Of course yellow is a horrible choce to represent blonde anyway.

🧙‍♂ also the sticky effect could be a mold release residue - or some times paint reacting to certain plastics - which you get with enamel paint on some soft of rubbery plastics ☺

depends if its mold release residue then soapy luc warm water - or if its been a paint reaction, then you ether might need to leave it to cure for as long as it takes possibly 4+ weeks - or paint over in acrylic colors, or do as fanboysforever has done with nail polish remover as he mentions in the video ☺

The brown wash in blond hair is a mistake. i don't wanna go into too much detail, but shading for blonde should be olive green. Then of course there's no yellow in blonde. But good god, these are indeed fantastic parts!

Yeah I do. It’s a whole other vibe but there’s some fantastic articulation on the Masterverse and the proportions are slightly more realistic. Also the cape is an upgrade. Add the new head and it’s pretty definitive.
