You're the ONLY one I saw react and understand correctly the lyrics. So eah, it's basically a denunciation of the hegemony of the United States involved in everything as if the rest of the world belonged to them and this American supremacism which pervades all cultures. As he says "this is not a love song, I don't sing my mother tongue" (german), it is a song to denounce the American policy towards the rest of the World not to glorify the United States. He did all this vidéo around the most important pride of USA : Americans were the first walking on the Moon and he ridiculed it, like it was another american movie. And he frontly put down the most shameful thing americans have did : the native american genocide. He's not saying "my country is better than USA or any country is better than USA", this song saying "United States are not the perfect country they pretend they are, that is the truth".
