hands down one of the worst bands i have ever seen live. sure, it's a big show and they do everything to entertain. but... musically they just suck as they play the same stupid stuff all over again. till has a wonderful voice but in rammstein, he does the same pathetic thing all over. ever asked yourself why he made so much many projects on his own? then their shows are just mass events to see that band with shitty sound coz we got to do it in a arena. no chance to be chill and just enjoy the music in any way. but maybe that's just me. i actually kinda liked them in the 90s but then they got what they are now and i just find it stupid. and it's the same all over again. be honest, you recognize a rammstein song within the first chords before till begins singing. coz there is a pattern that works and sells^^

Can we take a moment to appreciate the fact that Till is standing on a tiny platform 20 feet above the stage with no safety wires of any kind AND dealing with pyrotechnics with his bare hands? What an absolute legend! I've seen them live twice and I wish it was more. Their shows are the best!!

Right. This what makes me freaking out. The pyros are sick and all. But there is no leash or something. Always found this the craziest part. And I know they are like this. What is fake is not a good show to them. Once Flake burnt his hands from the iron bathtub surrounding him, because it went hot. Saw them once in Wacken. It was crazy hot in the first couple rows.

He has a safety cable attached. If you look closely, you can see a stagehand reach up from beneath Till and strap something around his boot. Blink and you might miss it. Not something I could do, safety cable or not.

As someone who has seen them live 3 times and is flying over seas this summer to see them in Europe. It is definitely the craziest, most professional, and most jaw dropping show you well every see. They're so tight as a band and don't miss a single note, yet they all enjoy themselves and have fun on stage. All while having fun on stage though, they convey such a theatrical performance with Till pulling so much emotion out through his voice and his actions on stage. The production is next level, the lighting and pyro is so well choreographed to the music. On top of that the audio is always so crisp and clear throughout the entire venue. It's truly a sureal experience to see one of their shows. I'm a lighting designer by trade, so I understand what a good production looks like and what it takes to put it together and a Rammstein show is just in another world in terms of the quality of the stage and lighting design. It's so well done yet understated. It's not the focus of the show, but it adds so much to the experience. Put that with the Pyro display they put on, and you end up with one of the most well thought out and exectured metal shows to ever exist.

The meaning of the song, as I see it, is not about hurting someone else but the person hurting himself and getting enjoyment out of that. Till is great at portraying different characters through his music, it's theatrical.

The ABSOLUTE BEST THING about their concert was, that it had to start at 21:00, and when the clock hit 21:00 the concert actually started. I mean germans, right? I have seen them live twice, the crowd energy is almost overwhelming. The entire crowd moves kinda at once in a fluid headbang. Everyone is friendly. If someone falls, everyone works hard to pick them up. Their fans are pretty special. The band itself puts on a show that is just next level. The stage art, the pyrotechnics, and costumes are amazing. As you can tell from this video here, the performace is VERY tight. Also, as a German speaker, I can tell you MOST of their lyrics would be disturbing to you if you could understand them. Songs about cannibalism rape and torture are all in the lineup. The band is weird in that respect but it's all theatrics. They're quite old now but still have an AMAZING live show. If you ever get a chance, go see them. Worth.

Saw them live 3 times now and they always deliver. The concerts are coordinated to perfection. They put on a absolute show and that even on festivals not only their own stage. Fun fact, when they came to Stuttgart for the stadium tour last year the Stadion was closed due to construction work. So they just build pretty much a whole Stadium themselfes on the nearest free spot just for the two shows on the weakend.

I visited the Geldredome for the Rammstein concert in the Netherlands at 2012. I have never seen so much fire during a concert, there were five people continuously fighting fire. It came out everywhere, especially from the guitars. It was extremely hot at the front of the stage because of all that fire, but I've never experienced anything like it again.

as they say" better late than never" - this tune and performance is known already for YEARS. And well, Marylin Manson may (at best) perhaps tie their shoelaces. in fact, Rammstein is a league of its own. I was lucky to see them already 3 times and the 4th will be this summer. This band makes literally the BEST show I have ever seen. and if you're lucky to be in the standing area in front of the stage, the sound is so powerful, all your internal organs shake. Who was there, they know, they felt it, like I had. Funny enough Rammstein toured America few times, each time with growing audiences, but I am still amazed by American people obliviousness towards great bands. And all those questions what could "Du hast" mean, or why this or that. Just READ people, click and read, it's all over the Internet!

I saw Rammstein last year. In 2022 during their tour. BEST CONCERT ever .... You could feel the heat, the energy, the spectacle. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! It is an experience beyond words. It is simply a once in a lifetime event. I suppose the best thing was when during DU HAST, the entire crowd just sang it, band stopped playing and just let the people sing. Another thing that impressed me, was at the end, the band got down on bended knee, and thanked the crowd, explaining what an honor it was to play for us. That takes a certain amount of humility. The average age of this band is 55, and it shows a certain amount of maturity in what they do. This band is one of a kind. Going to their concert is a must see. Not to be missed

I've seen Rammstein live at the largest Metal Festival in the world back in Wacken 2013. For the day Rammstein was playing they shut down one of the two main stages for the entire day, just so they could set up their Stage-Show, I can't remember any other band with that treatment in the over 10 years i've visited that festival now. Once Rammstein was confirmed for the Festival it instantly sold out, since the price of the entire festival was the same price as a normal live concert for Rammstein. And the Show was absolutely amazing. For the Song "Pussy" they had a big Pink Penis shaped Foam cannon that would drive on rails to spray white foam on the audience. For "Mein Herz Brennt" (My Heart Burns) they played the piano version and the singer was covered head to toe in Fire-Resistant Jelly and standing under a rain of giant sparks. Those Sparks where the biggest i had ever seen and you could see them bounce of his head and body while he was singing. For "Engel" (Angel) He had a giant rig of steel Angel Wings with like 4 Flamethrowers attached to the tips on either side. For other songs they had Flamethrowers strapped to their Face so they could "breathe fire". Fun Fact: In Germany the size/range of their Flamethrowers was limited by law because one time they overdid it a bit and slightly fried parts of the audience.

I've seen them twice, and the best way that I can use to describe it is that you're not going to a concert. You're going to a SHOW. The theatrics and drama and music and pyro and outfit changes and the stage itself are all just so damned overwhelming. All this over the top dramatic stuff going down, pyro blowing up everywhere, and then out of nowhere, there's a foam cannon that's shaped like a 6 foot penis, or Flake is crowd surfing in a rubber dingy. It's dark, twisted themes and drama mixed with absurdity and hilarity. I can honestly say that I've never experienced anything even remotely like it. If you get the chance, check out the time lapse video from their most recent tour of their stage being constructed. Less than 3 minutes long, and it'll absolutely blow your mind.

First time I saw them live was in 2001. I was just lukewarm on them, I thought Du Hast was pretty good, but hadn't heard anything else from them. I had heard they were a great live show. The concert was a band called No One, Mudvayne, Rammstein, System of a Down, and Slipknot. I had decided to just take in Rammstein's performance, and leave the pit. First song starts, and it is just instrumental buildup, and see a laser pointer bouncing around. I was thinking, "really? A laser pointer for this supposed great live show?" Then the lyrics kicked in, for the song Rammstein. The trench coat he was wearing lit on fire, and he sang the whole song wearing a trench coat on fire. I went from hanging back at the end of the crowd, to running to the front. I couldn't get enough, it was amazing show! This was the tour after Mutter came out, and Feuer Frei was a single off the XXX movie. They brought out the head gear with flames and had a literal flame war on stage. It was insane! I didn't see them live again until last September in NYC, and it was two hours of amazing! Best show I've ever seen.

They were my second ever live concert (my first was Michael Jackson at Wembley Stadium) at Brixton Academy when I was about 16. The crowd was electric, as was the stage at times, and the band went HARD. The bassist crowd-surfed in an inflatable dingy, the keyboardist was chased by Til wielding a butcher's knife and a good time was had by every single person there. Truly one of the best musical experiences in my life.

I saw them quite often live. Concerts, Festivals, you name it. It is pretty much a theatre performance. Not much talking, just performing song after song with immense power and you can really feel the flames. I can not recall one performance I attended where no extra saftey causions were taken just because of the "pyromancy". There is actually a german tribute band called "Vökerball" who are nearly as impressive. Music and lyrics are just insanely intense and can be misunderstood quite easily it seems. That's what I love about them, you could easily see for example a racist singing along rammstein songs not getting that the current song is actually critizing him. They exaggerate moral perishable opinions in such a brilliant way so that every intelligent being should see what they really want to express.

Saw Rammstein live in 2022 in Chicago. We had nosebleed seats but we could still feel the heat from the stage from all the pyrotechnics! I would KILL to se them perform again, hands down one of the best experiences at a concert I have ever had! This song they sadly didn't perform, could be because the US has some restrictions compared to Germany on what can and can't be done at the venues. This song has some pretty explicit lyrics but is still one of my favs!! ^^

I went to see them in 2011 when they were in Melbourne. The show was fucking amazing, I remember it like it was yesterday because it was about 40°c (104 f), I was pretty close to the stage in among a shit load of sweaty people in a mosh pit and they had flames going off throughout the show ... legitimately, 1 of, if not my favourite band I've seen live. 10/10 would definitely go see them again

Saw them live back in September when they were up in Mass. Your body basically vibrates constantly just from the sound. And then the pyro hits, and all of sudden the surrounding area is like 30 degrees hotter. And it's just that repeated for 2 hours. Truly an amazing show.

I saw them in 2011 on the LIFAD tour in Edmonton. It was, and still is the most impressive display I have ever seen. I've been to a lot of concerts over the years, and this was a performance by a group of guys who love putting on a show and entertaining the crowd. I've been a fan since 97 and have never been disappointed.

20+ years and a 2 year pandemic delay but I was finally able to cross off seeing Rammstein live off my bucket list and it was worth every second of the wait! Absolutely incredible!! Best part about Rammstein is they prove why music is universal. You don't have to understand any of the words you just feel it! And just live in that moment of pure energy and awesomeness 🤘🤘

Seeing Rammstein isn't a concert it's an event more like adventure of pure musical genius that takes you on journey and that journey is ride that you will ever experience ever in your life. They give ups, downs, excitement, sadness, happiness, joy, and then they throw some fire, Pyro then slap you in the face with some killer guitar riffs that have explosions and give you a pure adrenaline rush of lyrics and German tone that makes you wanting so much more. Seems like you have lived through a lifetime of nothing of greatness that you never knew you needed but want so much more!!! Top 3 events I've ever been too in my whole life

Having worked live music and attending an untold amount of shows, I can safely say that Rammstein is the best live show you will ever experience. There is no video that can match up to being there in person and I highly recommend you experience them in person. I've seen them in Chicago in 2016 and in Austin in 2022 and they absolutely drop jaws and blow ear drums. Very few acts come even remotely close to them

By far, no contest THE BEST Band to see live! I seen them last August in Minnesota and my heart still gets going when I think about that concert. The energy and atmosphere that this group brings to a stadium is intoxicating. Also dont know if you or anybody else noticed that Christian changed his outfit while he was in the tub. :)

Finally saw them in Chicago last Sept. Let me tell ya something, it was BY FAR! THE MOST AWSOME EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I'm 42 and have seen ALOT in my life. It pretty much ruined all other fun for me. Not even kidding. I'm not a very emotional person but I actually started to tear up when they wrapped up the show. I was so sad it was ending. It just felt so epic. Even if you never heard of them before and just decided to go cause you got a free ticket, I gaurantee that you would still leave thrilled! So not kidding man. I think it made me sad because I'm a huge fan and they may not ever come back to America. Anyhow I suggest you see them if the opportunity arises. ❤

I wish you had reached the part in reading the lyrics where you see him singing that the person he's torturing is (likely) himself, because he sings "I see your face in the mirror, you love me because I don't love you". I've been listening to Rammstein since something like over 20 years I think. I've never seen them but I have heard a funny story from an artist local to where I live which I have seen, and who has been working together with Till in a collaboration group they call Lindemann. Apparently Peter Tägtgren (Pain) was in Germany performing and heard a knock on his hotel room door, when he opened it Till was standing outside, on fire. As the story goes that was his first time meeting Till. I don't know how true that is, we can only imagine, but I love the vision.

I've seen them in France last year. It was freaking amazing. The energy, the performance, everything was over the top. Till is a pyrotechnician, so there is a lot of fire, explosions. It is definitively a band that I recommand to see at least once on a live show. Also... Looking at history, when you see 60 000 french people screaming "Deutschland" (name of the song), it's kind of a mood XD

I saw Rammstein four times by now, two times at the NovaRock Festival in Austria, one time at the Rock in Vienna Festival (obviously in Vienna, which was the weakest because of the missing stage show) and the last time at the europe stadium tour in 2019. The last one was the heaviest i expirienced. There were about 55.000 visitors and me and my friends stood in the second wavebreaker, almost in the third part of the stadium. Maaaaan, you really must have been there by yourself to feel the energy of a conercet like this. They had flamethrowers over the top of the stadium and you felt the heat as if you were standing next to them. Go, enjoy it 😍

Its funny seeing you react to rammstein. I'm from Germany. I saw them last year live for the first time. This year i'm going to see them again. It was one of the best concerts i've ever been. They had to interrupt the concert because of a storm and we were briefly evacuated. But that didn't dampen the mood. I can only recommend everyone to see Rammstein live once in their life!

Three times in Toronto - The Docks and twice at Air Canada Centre, twice at the Quebec music festival, twice in Montreal, once in Michigan, once at Jones Beach in New York. They have been a constant source of happiness and comfort for as long as I can remember. The best band on the planet, with the best frontman on the planet. Not ashamed to call Till Lindemann my idol.
