I just bought a 36" stand on and I don't understand why this industry totally overlooks them. Much more efficient than a push, and much smaller than anything else

The best most efficient set up I’ve seen is a over cab truck with half box truck half dump bed to the side. It was a pretty big but no trailer but protects equipment and no Shoveling out debris.

Just got the ramp rack. We fit a 48 inch zero turn and a 52 inch stander on the back of an f250. I do have airbags to support. My sons single axle f350 holds both mowers just fine with no airbags. Love the setup. We also have the handheld equipment racks!

Seems like you could make a small step up for the mower to sit above the wheel wells. That way there would be no damage to the truck and you can fit s larger mower.

Ken that's not true for a 3/4 or 1 ton. I use a sled deck with two snowmobiles that sit higher than a mower would and it's completely stable.

With the gate down you still need a decent amount of space to park. I love the ramp rack. I went with a small box truck no bigger than a van. I can get both a 52 stand on and 60 zero in it at the same time but I usually just run one at a time. Somthing I don't like with the box truck is the visibility isn't great I'm planning to add a passenger rear window and also a backup camera but I've been to busy.

My 52" stander fits in between the wheel wells but it dents. Ramp rack made a video proving that you can fit a 48" up front and a 52" behind it and still closed the ramp.

What brand of 52” are you running and in what truck? I would love to get a Ramp Rack but by my quick measurements my Kubota 52” stander is going to sit way too far back because it won’t fit between the wheel wells of the bed in my 05 Dodge.

@@adamhansen5071 your deck will scrape the edges of the wheel well. If you're okay with that it'll fit.

I’m about ready to buy another truck and do something like this. What about if you had one of those ramps that come off the hitch? That’s the way you could still use it for hauling a trailer if need be

We upgraded our shocks and springs so our 1500 series trucks could handle 2 grand stands. That being said, I am looking into ways to add grip so the ramps are less of a fall hazard.

I got a PU200 on a new Silverado. The transition lip were the dovetail meets up to the bed is sticking up around 1.5 inches taller than the bed causing the mower deck to scrape. Do you have that problem? I looked up and realized the Chevy beds are 1.4 inches taller than Dodge and Ford beds.

would these work with a 1500 truck? or when you load all the equipment in, is everything too heavy?

I’m really pumped to get one of these. However still have questions. You mentioned the suspension for the truck. Have you had any issues across your franchise with suspense going out or needing to replace it? Side note have you guys considered the brand “mow and go” instead of the ramp rack? If so why did you guy select going with these? I love the idea for the rack. However, the initial price for the rack to a trailer is a bit different. Can you speak to this? I mean I would like to rack don’t get me wrong but trying to justify dishing out 3k as supposed to maybe 1.5k for a trailer? How do the number actually add up? I know you’re a systems guy and it’s by the numbers. I wonder how this has saved you money in the long run?

that carabiner on the spring is going to fail and some one is going to get seriously hurt very badly, and that's just standing next to it when it fails, that spring is going to become a missile whip and it will all be over faster than you can blink your eyes.
