Imo, Current Value and Billain gave the most pure and refreshing performance of all weekend... perfect balance between dark, athmospheric sequences and soul-tearing bangers. I truly love jump up but man, the vibe with these guys was so intense..

I'm an old school junglist who really loves tables, but CV is CV, and he makes amazing live set pieces the way he does which is almost like nobody else out there. As always big ups to the steady bassline king CV!

Yeah, this is somewhat closer to that old techy sound. I've always called that neurofunk, but the neurofunk of today has a completely different vibe to it.

Imo CVs sound design sort of pushed the genre and others followed, now it's a staple of neuro to have this kind of sound tbh

I'm from the Chi as well, and I hear ya. I spent many, many hours in dark hot basements, and spaces dancing my ass off to Jungle/DnB in during that period. Insanity. Plain, and simple. I miss it more than most things from then. I need to go out soon actually!

I talked to Tim on myspace back in the day. He said dealing with a work visa to come here and play to dumb small crowds isnt worth it. I really dont blame him. Guess I'll just have to save up to see him live in Europe some day
