To be fair, he was a Naval Officer, as opposed to a ground-pounder Commando like the members of the Bad Batch. He's neither trained nor used to this sort of thing.

I mean. Piett was courageous enough to be face to face with Piett, Needa was brave enough to accept his fate and apologize to Vader, Thrawn is the perfect Naval Specimen. And most of the other officers from Veers to Daala were the definition of Imperial Efficiency.

Rampart always deserved what he got Here (if hunter says when ya Encounter a Giant Monster you must stay Quiet and not make Unpredictable Movements you must not make them Rampart). Ps I swear if he Snitch the Clone Force 99 I hope Rex or Echo Shoot him (especially from what he did to their home).
