In Ramadan, when the sun begins to set and it’s time to break the fast, families gather to enjoy a special meal known as iftar. One delightful dish that often graces the iftar table is Stuffed Chicken Crepes. Let me share some insights about this flavorful treat:
These crepes are a delightful combination of tender chicken, gooey cheese, and delicate crepe wrappers.The crepes are filled with a mixture of cooked chicken, Cheddar cheese, and sometimes mushrooms.The cheesy filling is then rolled up inside the crepes, creating a savory package.These crepes are perfect for iftar because they’re satisfying, easy to make, and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.
Here is the best recipe ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Crepes.
Step : 1 :Chicken Marinade Preparation:
• Boneless chicken : 250 gram
• Salt : 1 tsp
• Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder : 1 tsp
• Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
• Tikka powder : 1 tbsp
• Yogurt : 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
• Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
• Now rest it for 10 to 15 minutes
Step: 02 : Crepe flour mixture Preparation:
• Eggs : 2
• Salt : 1/2 tsp
• Oil : 2 tbsp
• All purpose flour : 2 cup
• Milk : 2 cup
• Now rest it for 10 minutes
Step: 03 : Chicken Stuffing Preparation
• Oil : 2 tbsp
• Marinade chicken
• Flame : medium
• Water : 1/2 cup
• Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
• Place coal on foil paper
• Pour few drops of oil
• Cover it and smoke it on low flame for a 1 minute
• Onion chopped : 1 medium size
• Capsicum chopped : 1
• Tomato without seeds : 1 chopped
• Ketchup : 3 tbsp
Step: 04 : White Sauce Preparation:
• Butter : 2 tbsp
• All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
• Milk : 200 ml
• Salt : 1/4 tsp
• Red chili powder : 1/4 tsp
• Oregano : 1/4 tsp
• Oil : 1 tsp
• Flour batter
• All purpose flour : 2 tsp
• Pour water and make a thick paste
Step: 05 : Finalizing
• White sauce
• mozzarella cheese
• Oregano
• Pre heat oven for 10 minutes, now bake it on 180 degree for 15 minutes
