© Random Acts - At Random Acts, it's our mission to conquer the world one random act of kindness at a time. This year, we're launching Endure4Kindness (E4K) which is your opportunity to test your limits and raise money for a good cause at the same time.
Taking place the weekend of November 17th-18th, E4K is a global endurance event. Participants are invited to pick an activity and invite their friends, family and members of the local community to pledge money. The more you do the more you'll raise and the more acts of kindness you'll help fund.

It's super impressive that he can speak that eloquently while jogging. If I try to talk when I'm running all that comes out is monosyllabic drivel interlaced with grunts. Our great Overlord is truly talented! lol

Misha.is a great person and him being one of the founders of random acts makes him a good person b-cause it truly shows how much misha cares for the present geneneration and the future generation and it proves that he is kind hearted person that care about a lot of things that some people fonts care about and I Think its a good idea for us all to support him

If only I hadn't just finished bothering people to raise money for running a marathon for Dana-Farber Cancer Insitute. I'll definitely try to do what I can though to support this good cause by running and getting the word out though!

Take care of your wrist! You can always support E4K in other ways, like spreading the word about the event to family and friends, or join our forums and help others brainstorm ideas.

As a cross country and track distance runner (along with high jump and long jump) it's taken me two weeks to get 42 miles logged. So 50 miles in 24hr seems crazy to me.

Hey thats still early enough to finish a garden...so maybe we could see how much we could get planted in a 24 hour period of time. I had planned to use some of it to help out some folks in a development up the way anyway. Maybe sell whats left at a farmers market and donate the proceeds to Random Act....Hey Farm girls can help too right?

These are all nuggets of really good ideas! You don't need to run to endure. You could put on a flute/piano concert at a senior's centre, online with Livestream, or for friends and family. Or you could read a book/series and live-Tweet your comments. We've had many participants craft, or even write for their E4K. Don't count yourself out--we'd love to have you join in next time.
