Nordern take this advice from a halo nerd. The pelican needs to deploys the vehicle first then infantry disembarks. MOSTLY TO PREVENT DROPPING A VEHICLE ON THEM.

I believe women CAN become Space Marines the same way Male Guardsmen can. Via this post-adolescence surgery thingy that members of the Imperial Guard can be granted when achieving noteworthy results in battle. Feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong on this, tho.

Technically females can't be space marines but the genetic engineering had a slight miscalculation so one became a female is a reasonable excuse.

They can’t become Space Marines, but they can become part of the Adeptus Sororitas, more commonly known as the Sisters of Battle. Which is about the closest one can get to becoming a Space Marine if you happen to be a woman.
