Assume, the second fix worked for me. New HP desktop computer, RealTec speakers, started buzzing that would randomly go soft to loud, very annoying. I appreciate your very helpful, clear, concise instructions.

The first method worked for me, but with a twist since i use normal earphones, it did not show another dedicated tab for enhancements as it does with headphones. I would suggest if anyone is using earphones just follow his steps till he says right click on properties and then click on advanced. Then at the bottom of the box you will find disable enhancements. That's it.

First 30 seconds solved my problem. Thank you.

My PC keeps playing an annoying ejecting sound when you eject a CD out of your computer and I don't know how to stop it from happening and there is no CD in it at all it's getting me mad and I've tried everything someone please help or give me a few things I can try to fix it!!!!😞

Bro this works this is realllll. So my laptop made these weird spunds just approximately 2 days after the windows 11 update but then this video solved it. The problem was the windows audio enhancements i turned them off and on then it worked 😁

thank you my friend. I have no idea how, but it seems it was a drive issue. I tried doing stuff physically but there would be a buzzing static sound every few seconds. After doing both first steps, especially the driver one - it stop doing that. Thank you.

the problem with videos like this, is that they give you an example of the buzz sound. could be a completely different buzz sound from what i'm getting to the one he is referring to. also Windows 11 doesn't have a "enhancements" tab after you click the properties.

If you update Windows 10 cumulative for .net framework 3.5 and 4.8 version 21H2, and other cumulative updates, it would cause your sounds to change, this is the cause. Not many know this, just another stuffed up flaw from Microsoft.
