Something you do that makes your reloads really realistic to game reloads is that during quick reloads, you add the bit of shakiness when repositioning the gun, great job and keep it up.

Its realistic at all,when you not check your mag,and enemy so close at you,when you get best momentum,when you want to shoot but no ammo (because you not checked it) and you died This also practice in US army

Not enough overused exagerrated camera shake in your animations, and your animations aren't blocking the entire player's view. It must feel like an earthquake when you reload, even if you just insert a cartridge into the cylinder of a revolver, and one should not be able to see anything past the weapon when it is reloaded. Jokes aside, good work Aleks, but seriously, I wish games would stop with the camera shake for everything, and move guns off to the side and actually give players back their screen real estate when reloading.
