Mannsy83 yeah same here. You see that a lot on the really impressive athletic and weight lifting videos. People say they juice. Well of course they do. A lot of them admit it. It doesn’t really take anything away though because 9999/10000 other poeple who juice still couldn’t touch them.

Watching Crouser and watching this guy... It is so very obvious that Barnes is juiced out of his mind. The part that gets me, is his release, or complete lack of one... He is seriously just muscling that thing out there with no real harnessing of the energy he is creating. Sure spin energy gives you some. You take Crouser with the form he has and juice him up like Barnes, that steel ball is going 25m.

On May 20, 1990, he broke Ulf Timmermann's outdoor record with a put of 23.12 m (75 ft 10 in).[4] Six days later he almost matched his world record, throwing 23.10 m (75 ft 9 1⁄4 in) at the Bruce Jenner Invitational in San Jose. Barnes was banned from competing for 27 months after testing positive for the anabolic steroid methyltestosterone at a competition in Malmö, Sweden, on August 7 that same year. He sued to have the suspension overturned but lost. Due to the suspension, he was unable to compete in the 1992 Olympic..... good bye loser......

This guy has no real throwing form, only juiced up muscles. Sure, his spin is pretty... But he doesn't harness it, and ends up muscling the thing out there. Why does the shot put leave his body before he starts to throw, he loses almost all the stored energy that way. Juice Crouser up like that, and watch him throw 25m.
@baroneb50434 жыл бұрын
People mentioning steroids... dont care what steroids any u get on there is NO fucking way u will even come close to throwing 17lb ball of steel 75'....!!!!!
@RandyKing3142 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Anyone disagrees, just watch strongman competitors try to throw it. Barnes had plenty technique. He was a record holder in high school.
