Arsenio Hall interviews Randy Travis, and Travis performs two songs. No commercials this time; whoever originally recorded this was operating the VCR live and paused during the commercial breaks.

I promise if I get to meet you every one will know it. You are one talented guy. God gave you that voice for a reason. And you will get it back.

I love his songs he’s definitely one of the greats, his stroke is a good lesson on the downside of drug abuse and what a waste of such a beautiful person and voice, I wish him a speedy recovery!

He did drugs? I thought it was just alcohol

@@Eric-ff2ii My understanding is he abused alcohol and drugs in early teens. Didn't drink much since teens till after his divorce. Stroke happened while he was in a coma after heart surgery due to viral cardiomyopathy. In this case, I would think alcohol abuse would not be the cause.

And for what reason exactly did the word “DAUGHTER” need to be bleeped out?
@mrtechpat3 ай бұрын
I’m thinking since it was recorded on a VHS tape Some of the quality has degraded Nothing was ever really bleeped out
