A&Z #955 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Doughsserts Food Truck's Cookie Dough-MG Dessert Challenge w/ Brookie, Ice Cream, and a Cupcake hosted by Doughssert Food Truck which serves the Jacksonville and St Augustine, Florida metro areas. Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For food challenge #38, I traveled to Nocatee Station Field which is located in Ponte Vedra, Florida southeast of Jacksonville, FL. It was "Food Truck Friday" that evening and I attempted the new Cookie Dough-MG Dessert Challenge hosted by Doughsserts Food Truck. I had a 30 minute time limit to finish a 1.5lb baked chocolate chip cookie topped with seven different 2oz scoops of homemade edible cookie dough, eight different 2oz scoops of ice cream, a signature "brookie," and a cupcake. I was trying to win my $50 dessert meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the food truck's Wall of Fame. Thanks to Steve and everyone with Doughsserts Food Truck for the amazing food, drinks, and hospitality!! Doughsserts Food Truck's Dough-MG Dessert Challenge in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Florida ($50):
- Doughsserts is a food truck that serves the Jacksonville and St Augustin, Florida areas.
- They specialize in making brookies, cookies, edible cookie dough, and other dessert treats.
- Steve the owner has been watching our videos for years, so I was happy to take this challenge!!
- I attempted this challenge on a very popular "Food Truck Friday" night at Nocatee Station Field.
- There is a 1.5lb baked chocolate chip cookie, topped with seven 2oz scoops of edible dough.
- The cookie dough is homemade by Steve, and all 7 flavors available for me were delicious!!
- There were eight different 2oz scoops of ice cream, all topped with Doughsserts' "brookie."
- A brookie is a giant combo between a brownie and a cookie, and is their most popular item.
- It's all topped with a cupcake to make you say Dough-MG and there is a 30 minute time limit.
- Winners receive the $50 dessert free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame!!

This video is the end of an era :( My friend "Magic" Mitch Dombrowski has been editing videos since March 2013, and this was his last one. He will be hopefully posting more videos on his own channel, and I'm excited to follow what the future beholds for him. I've greatly appreciated all his help over the years, and wouldn't be at this point without him!! Starting next week and onward, all the food challenge videos will have been edited by Arthur Davis who joined the team back in 2016. Big thanks again to Mitch for all his wonderful help!!

It looks fantastic, I like cookies, but warm and with ice cold milk. The last time I made Toll House chocolate chip cookies, I had to make another batch, because I ate the first one before anyone else even got to try a cookie. Keep up the fantastic videos.

Three in a row, dominating! That's how you do it! Can't wait to watch the next six videos and catch up. For awhile there, I felt like I was watching an in betweener of a food challenge and a Dinner is Served episode. If I may be honest, I feel like at least one, maybe two of your losses so far this year were because you weren't focused enough. At least that's the vibe I got from the videos. I think the two I'm referring to, were the 9lb Texas BBQ challenge and the King Triton, if I remember correctly. I'm sure you could've done both. The team challenge loss wasn't your fault.
