Rough day on lake Francis case. Ranger beat the tracker back to landing by a few miles and the tracker cracked its hull.

I had a new Ranger 620 several years back. I still say they are the best overall freshwater fishing boat....period ! Now I drive a Lund because the Ranger was simply too heavy and big for me to manage at the ramp alone at 70 yrs old. LOVED my 620 but it is a beast. Now for me and my 2022 19' Lund.....when the water gets rough, I go have a beer. Ha....life is too short to fight that heavy crap. Actually that boat in the video looks EXACTLY like my old 620.....hmmmm.

if i was the aluminum boat i would've got right behind the ranger so the wave doesn't pound as hard. used to have a lund so I know the ride can be a bit rough. now I'm in a ranger fs 621 much smoother.

@@mikeh8421 a riveted joint is a stronger joint. But beyond that it’s hard to compare a boat to a plane, I’m an a&p certified structure mechanic.

Trackers are garbage. Get what you pay for. Buy a Lund. Or save and get a used 620 ranger. New ones are way too expensive.
