We fly cross country from Chicago to central Texas to attend the Ranger Antique Fly-In, see some really cool planes and people, and make gyoza while camping at the airfield.

@@RichWellner there is “Cook your own steak” night. And the best meal of all is “Taste of Triple Tree” where one ‘grazes” between 25 or so “food stations” and socializes with 200 to 300 of your closest friends.
