If I read correctly auxiliary companions are addition at top of regular companions which number is reduced in this scenario (chceck the chart). So you could have in this one companion per ranger plus 4 auxiliary scenario to share. Page nr 5. Next: "All creatures outside the house are assumed to have line of sight to all heroic figures outside the mannor house." - so no random moves for creatures. Page nr 12. - any way it is great video I love it.

I see a bucket of snacks. If that isn't part of the mission.. perhaps as part of a convoluted trap to capture the "werewolf" and reveal that it was really Old Man Jenkins all along, I'm going to be disappointed! :D

Really enjoying this series, seems to work well as both a one player and with multi player. It also seems to build a good story to each ranger and their companions. Very tempted to get started on my own ranger!

I think we all agree that not having that sweet TNT snake on the table was a miss. :)

More Rangers please. These are great and i love that the vids are only 30-40 min. I want to see more of Brom's adventures and mishaps

Another great report!, Interesting that you played way shorthanded and seemed to do fine. If you read page 5 again it's says "in addition to your normal companions you also receive the 4 auxiliary companions " so with 2 Rangers you would get 1 normal companion each plus all 4 of the guest stars for a total party of 8 . I think that would have added some extra tension to the game , especially if you spread out a bit and had multiple combats going and one of the Aux companions goes Werewolf. I'm worried this might be too easy the way you crushed it with just 4., I was hoping you were going to finish the basic missions are you going to continue to finish those next..?

Hey I just want to say that I been watching your videos one after the other and I LOVE THEM :) Particularly your , Last Days , and Rangers of Shadow Deep . I just bought the rulebook to Rangers of Shadow Deep and would like to start playing as soon as I am ready . I haven't played wargames in MANY years. So I am starting from square one on almost everything . I was curious if you or anyone else could tell me the name . And where to buy that nifty little damage counter that you pull out at approx 8:26 .That thing looks very convenient and helpful . Thanks so much for making these videos . You rock . And please keep up the good work :)

You should have had 30 or so points to have spent on actual companions. This aids you in actually having people to interact with clue markers. Or was this an earlier draft of the scenario? And never forget that you can always cast away an item to equip an item you found during the scenario/mission. Also a ranger has 6 slots of which 5 may be filled before the adventure. Edit: Also turn order is fixed. Ranger with highest will goes first with ties being broken via dice roll with highest roll taking priority between the tied rangers. Edit2: Also shouldn't the viper have appeared to fight your ranger when he found the silver sword? Edit2.5: nevermind that is the higher tiered version... Still hoping to get some more scenarios. Hopefully the next one isn't as expensive as this one and features a bit more content for the Rangers. (This entire game feels a little overpriced given the surprising lack of replayability of the some of the scenarios. *looks at Burning Light while shaking head*)
