I saw this movie and I was really impressed. The animation is out of this world, the humor is very good because it isn't kiddish humor, but actual humor. There is actual violence, and there is a serious plot with serious villains. A very good movie that is worth watching!

Oh spare me! Have you ever seen Avatar? It was released in 2009. It is the most spectacular effects I've ever seen. I'm a 66 year old woman, born again Christian, Wife, Mother, Grandma, Stepson. I have seen a lot of movies in my life, & there is no way, on every planet, the the animation in RANGO, can come close to AVATAR! RANGO came out in 2011. RANGO, had a very specific animation, that for that movie was a great fit. But, it is not the be all, to end all, when it comes to animation! Watch AVATAR, & truly look at the animation. I didn't care for the movie. But, the animation was so advanced, I sat there in awe! In RANGO, I loved the snake! He was very well done, & of course Johnny Depp knocked it out of the park, as RANGO! I've seen some of the 'behind the scenes', setting up RANGO'S, way of walking, with Johnny with electrodes, & walking around a sound stage, saying his lines! It was better than the whole movie!😄😁😂😅!!!

I love how the bird just sits there waiting for the water tower or whatever to fall on it. He seriously had time to eat the lizard, move out of the way of the falling tower, and make himself a grilled cheese sandwich in that time. Instead it would appear that he prefers to sit there with an expression of slightly uncomprehending shock on his face until the string falls out of his mouth.

Just got back from Rango. That had to be, THE greatest water searchin', bad guy shootin', bat riddin', purpose searchin', Clint Eastwood cameo-in' movie i have ever SEEN this year. Heck, this is most likely the best movie i've ever seen in a LOOONG time. I seriously recommend watching this movie, or Rattlesnake Jake'll go after ya'.

It didn't say that it was for Rango 2. It's the trailer 2, the second trailer for Rango. And there hasn't been a sequel announced, either, fyi.

I have to admit this movie was really epic. I had high expectations and the movie blew them away with awesomness. The animation is years ahead of any animated movie out there, and for some reason Pixar/ Dreamworks now seem to be at least 5 years behind compared to this movie. And Rattlesnake Jake was the best.

just saw the film. it was epic. acting was superb, the animation was very detailed (at one point i said wow, granted not a wow a film like lion king or prince of egypt would get, but a wow none the less, which is rarity for an CGI film), i laughed quite a few times and the action was very cool. all in all, a very fine western my favorite character was rattlesnake jake, voiced by bill nighy. one of the best animated villains ever
