Easy - go to Dota database, filter all games through high MMR, 4 teammates disconnected in the first 10 minutes and where 1v5 side wins. Since there are millions of games, you will probably find some gems.

is not turbo, check the currier movement. he gets faster gold because you get from disconnect allies as well.
