I was thrilled to see your high recommendation for the Tower 28 concealer as I just purchased it yesterday! I have a love hate relationship with concealers and foundations of any type. I am Irish and my skin and wrinkles act like a sponge absorbing all products and making every pore and wrinkle stand out. Unfortunately, at 67 I need something under the eye, so here goes! Tamara, since I started using Beauty of Joseon Retinal eye cream (it’s more what I understood to be retinaldehyde) it has really helped my darkness as well as finding a corrector I love. Thanks for rating these concealers for us.

It's such a struggle as we age! I always had the best skin all my life until menopause sucked the life out of me. You and your wonderful channel have been so helpful. I am currently using the Estee Lauder double wear concealer. I love the thin consistency that avoids creasing under my 58 year old eyes. I may try the Tower 28 concealer. I don't have anything from that line, but it sounds wonderful. Tfs!

Love your reviews. I’m 78, had normal to oily skin until 10 years ago. I’ve used Retin-A for a long time so managed to ward off deep wrinkles longer than most but time has started to take its toll with more sagging and wrinkles particularly around my eyes. I moisturize my under eyes with a serum before applying concealer. I’ve tried a lot of concealers but the ones I use the most are the Catrice True Skin High Cover (med. coverage, no sinking into lines, waterproof, long lasting, don’t have to set), IT Bye Bye Full Coverage cream (also waterproof) and Elf Hydrating concealer. I do have to set last two with a light touch of powder. None of these look cakey and have a touch of radiance to brighten.

I looked at the Fiera online the other day; it's on my list for when I use up one of the six or so other concealers I've already opened. When I looked at it, the website had it on sale for $17.99, a ridiculously low price. I've heard some wonderful things about it, and I hope they repeat this sale!Thanks for the video!

Hello. I'm 54. Have dry, mature, light with cool undertone skin (very similar to Tamara's). Pixi corrector was too drying for me. Instead, I use Bobby Brown Brightening Underye Corrector in Light Bisque-P and apply it ONLY to the conners. Then, I apply Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer in Cedar 3.5 - Light (Peach Undertone). Finally, I set it with by Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder, loose and white (other colors do not work the same) and apply it ONLY under eye area. It takes a min 10 years away and looks so natural... This combination stays put even during my ice hockey games. Hope it might help someone too. God Bless You!

This is a great video! Honestly I was struggling with concealers till I got Tom Ford. For me it works amazingly and it’s undetectable on the skin. It is expensive, however I feel that it will last for a long time.

I saw Kiki's review of Tom Ford as well, and it did look wonderful on her! I splurged and purchased for myself, and like you, I just don't reach for it. I think it goes on too dry feeling for my 65 year old eyes, and it seems to accentuate my under eye lines. I'm going to try it again, but not so keen on it.

My favorite concealer is the one by Chanel. It is magical! I have never had it crease, nor do I need to set it. It is great!

Kosas is my favorite. Slightly more expensive than Tower 28 but has more shades, also no fragrance and propanediol, which can cause me to get breakouts, while present is lower in the ing list than in the Tower 28. It has medium coverage and lasts though I set it very lightly with a powder that bill itself as a blur powder.

A wonderful video - and a revelation - I hadn't realised the Hy Glam contained fragrance 😱 - no wonder my seborrheic dermatitis has come back! I have to say I love the IRL and in fact for me it's a dupe for the Hy Glam. I don't know the others apart from the Teint Idole but now you've showcased them I will investigate! Hello Tamara-I too bought the Fiera concealer (in 3 shades) and it’s so thick, I’m blending it with a moisturizer to make a foundation. Here’s my concealer fails-I actually have the hope that a concealer will conceal what I don’t like seeing under my eyes-a hollow concavity, almost colorless but rimmed by the tear trough. I can disguise nearly all of my age tells, but that one-I’m cursed! Thanks again for your great videos.

Hi Tamara I only own one concealer and it’s a Mac, and the only corrector I own is a Two Face one in peach and it’s a cream like your Pixie, I haven’t really thought about how good they are but they work. I do have a great many foundations and lipsticks and I love all my foundations. Hugs Bea

Hi Tamara concealer is a bit of a nightmare for me tbh as my undereye is sooo dry. I’ve tried a ton tbh and found that the prep is the answer to making many work that previously didn’t. I always use eye cream and a ton of skincare plus spf anyway, but adding a second layer of eyecream just before applying concealer is the game changer for my super dry skin. This allows the concealers I already own to work much better and look less dry. The dior forever concealer in shade 00 is a perfect shade match but without that second layer of eyecream looked dry (as does the Bobbi Brown corrector, It cosmetics bye bye undereye, YSL touche eclat etc etc etc). They all work better with the second application of eye cream and I don’t need to set any of them with powder as I am so dry anyway. I struggle to find good shades so many are off limit’s including the Lancome as it’s far too dark in the lightest shade. Best wishes x

Hi Tamara, have you ever used Dermablend concealer? It is probably my favorite and I also love the foundation. I still try other concealers just because it’s what I love to do. After watching your video I think I will try the Tower 28. I have only heard good things about it. I am loving the Natasha Denona and it’s a keeper for sure. Even after loving other concealers though Dermablend is still my number 1! Great video as always.

Thanks for the great tips! I do use the Pixi peach, but am branching out a bit. I do wonder about eye sensitivity, these products are designed to be used around the eye, including the inner corner, do any claim to be safe for sensitive eyes? Because the product does end up in contact with the eye. Just curious if anyone out there has found some less irritating than others.

I think the ND concealer is dry. Am I the only one?? I wear moisturizer, sunscreen, etc., and I still think this concealer feels dry. I don’t think it blends that easily either (especially for the price point). I’m excited to try the Tower 28 one.

Hi Tamara. Thanks for these reviews. Do you think you are not reaching for the Tom Ford because it is so expensive? I am guilty for using the high end products very sparingly so they last as long as possible.😊. Currently using my 2nd tube of Kosas. I like it but find it is a little too radiant, which can emphasize my jelly role eye shape. I also have L’Oréal True Match concealer. It is super light and also a bit radiant. I think I will try the Tower28 next. Sometimes I think I am better off without concealer. It depends on the day. I don’t have darkness, but that jelly role shape (my whole life) can make my eyes look puffy which then results in some troughing so now instead of a shade lighter under my eye, I think using just my foundation or a matching a concealer shade looks better. If you say it's so..I will stick with the Lancome. You never steer me wrong. I turned 50 today and lightly used the Lancome concealer all over .very lightly as foundation and blended in with my moisturizing sunscreen and loved the look. I feel older but didn't want to look older. 😂
