Clawd and Duece are two of my fav dolls in all of g3 😭 but I agree that ghoulia gotta go so glad her SS doll fixed the brows it made her face as a whole better

I know that when testing with today’s kids, Mattel found out that they didn’t want to play with a doll with grey skin. That’s also why there’s an influx of pink, because of the kid case studies. So, I can understand generational differences, but I think if presented with the whole character of Ghoulia that maybe kids would bond and be open to her design. idk

What wrong with the boys is the eyes. Now Duce has okay eyes, but Claud and Heaths eyes are realistic cat eyes and hexagons In that order just look closely.

when g3 abbey first came out i totally thought she was the best but as time went on i just don’t really care about her anymore😭 i hate the shoes and the poly, and i know i shouldn’t compare her to g1 abbey but that is the #1 g1 doll for me and i don’t like that g3 changed her so much, shes abbey she deserves legwarmers and a skirt/dress!!! i also would like the sort of y2k theme to her outfit but i just don’t love the way they executed it also its crazy how we got totally catfished with her stock photos 😭 there’s not a single doll of her irl with a good face! really unpopular opinion but just sharing what i think, and not that i hate her, i actually like her, just not as much as everyone else anymore.

I love everything about g3 Abbey except for the poly hair and her shoes.

#17 Ghoulia. Nothing redeeming for her sorry. #16 Clawdeen. Also nothing redeeming for her. #15 Lagoona. I still feel like she would have been better blue, but core refresh fixes a lot of what I don’t like of her originally. #14 Catty. They could have done more with her color scheme and everyone knows it. Shoes should have been silver. Belt should have been black. If that was it she would be high. Her body and face are gorgeous. Outfit not so much. #13 Toralei. I don’t like Toralei with long hair. It feels very wrong. I also don’t enjoy the purple. Wish red and black was still good. #12 Heath. He’s ok. #11 Duce. Also just ok. I don’t like the green skin though. #10 Clawd. The best boy doll so far. #9 Frankie. They look fine but not a fan of the pink. #8 Cleo. I am one who really dislikes the orange shoes. Core refresh my beloved. I need it so bad 😭 #7 Draculaura. She’s cute, but again core refresh fixes a lot of what I wish she was before. #6 Meowlody. I also feel the same. The pink and red don’t go well together but she is better than most to me. #5 Twyla. I 100% agree with the hands. Ugh I so wish she had those darker hands. It feels more Twyla to me. Everything else is great though. #4 Purrsephone. One of the best dolls. Everything feels very cohesive and I really like her. Really wish she came with just her sister and not in a three pack. #3 Abby. Just a stunning doll. The only thing I don’t enjoy is the shoes. That’s it. #2 Spectra. I need her. She’s perfect and probably a hot take slightly more cohesive than the Gen one. Obviously og is very 2010s but still. I really love this doll. #1 Venus. Deserved. She is that girl. I love her. I am very biased.

I really don’t get how they can nail the eyes for the female dolls but the boys always get the short stick. I think Deuce is okay but Clawd and Heath need some work. Honestly they should just take the eyes used for the female dolls and then edit them to fit on the boy dolls. Also I really hope the future gives us a boy doll who dresses in a feminine or androgynous style. I would really like a boy doll that wears a skirt and heels. Nominees for this possible boy doll are: Invisi Billy, Valentine, or Porter Geiss.

My top 5 is 1 spectra, 2abbey 3 catty (she's grown on me a lot) 4 frankie 5 lagoona (literally bc I took mines hair down boil washed it and put her in dragon games darling charmings outfit lmao)

I actually like ghoulia quite a bit. She is def top 8 for me. I know that’s an unpopular opinion but I just vibe with her character and design a lot

I agree with meowlodies spot on this list. Shes from the Cats 2019 dimension. They should have given her a one piece dress and accessories.

Ever since I braided clawdeens basics hair I just love her. I hated her shoddy poly hair that was just so ick. I love her clothes and her fave is very sweet. I don’t think of her as the same character as her g1 as she is changed so much, but I still do like her.

Honestly Heath is a lot better in person once you see his flame is actually a mohawk and not just a dollop of cream on his head. His outfit still sucks but the head/hairstyle isn't too bad. The stock photos do not do him justice. Also my personal top 5 are Venus, Frankie, Abbey, Cleo and Deuce

I need the next mh reboot to drop the “high IQ ultra BRILLIANT” frankie character & give it to ghoulia instead Also honestly g3 clawdeens outfit would look better on howleen instead with some twisting here & there I never got why mattel insists on givin clawdeen top knots she has ears up there, it makes her cluttered

But on a serious note, this doll is amazing. I even gave her my Da boss doll's hat for her to make it look like the she wears on the show). 2. Abbey ( Mine is the polyhair. This doll is absolutely incredible from her pants to her shoes. To her furry tool to her yeti horns she's just amazing). #1. Venus McFlytrap ( To say that this doll is gorgeous is an understatement. This is the most quintessential monster idol ever made in the existence of this universe. I love her.I need one in box.I need 12 customize and most importantly......I just love love her. Venus as number one for the win.

My ranking: 17. Ghoulia. Nothing makes sense with her design, except the jacket and the boots. 16. Heath. Unimaginative and incredibly boring. I hope the hair means we'll get repro Heath. 15. Deuce. I like him, but I also don't. His outfit is a little messy, but I like the pants a lot. 14. Clawd. Due to the face and the lack of facial hair. 13. Clawdeen. The saran version is really good (I own her) but the outfit is not it. 12. Draculaura. Her outfit is a mess. The shorts are too big and don't work with the shirt. The cape bunches up weirdly and makes her look like she's got no neck. Lipstick colour makes 0 sense. 11. Catty. If her outfit was better I'd rank her higher. Her face keeps her from being any lower. 10. Spectra. Her accessories and shoes are basically copy-pasted from the HC doll, which I prefer. Very disappointing. Her face is stunning though and the silhouette is great. 9. Twyla. I don't like her outfit. At all. Everything else is great. Just... not her outfit. 8. Toralei. Idk what it is but she's just not *that* amazing. 7. Frankie. There are too many details that don't work. Jacket, vest and skirt are baggy, shoes are lilac for some reason and they've got coral-nude lipstick? Yeah. Odd. 6. Meowlody. The purple shoes are an odd choice, and I'm not 100& on-board with the outfit. 5. Lagoona. I weirdly like her more in person than I thought I would. 4. Cleo. Jacket looks great with SS2 Cleo.
