I like Just Lose It and Rain Man while I can't stand Big Weenie and Puke. As far as serious songs, I like Mockingbird and Like Toy Soldiers and can't stand Spend Some Time and Crazy In Love.

I've always hated how encore turned out (even Eminem does) since the songs were supposed to be much different and much better which made the album a true classic so after like 2/3 years of trying to redo the album this is what I've come up with as a encore redone: 1. Curtains Up (Skit) 2. No Apologies 3. Never Enough 4. Yellow Brick Road 5. Like Toy Soldiers 6. Mosh 7. Paul (Skit) 8. We As Americans 9. Lose Yourself 10. Em Calls Paul (Skit) 11. Bully 12. Just Lost It 13. Shake That 14. Spend Some Time 15. Mockingbird 16. Love You More 17. One Shot 2 Shot 18. Final Thought (Skit) 19. When I'm Gone 20. Encore/Curtains Down Curtains Up skit stays the same I like no Apologies way more as a first track than evil deeds since the song really highlights this point in Eminem's career which would be a great way to start on an album unintentionally ending that period and the song is such a classic Never enough stays the same In yellow Brick Road i would take that bridge out in the middle of the song where it kinda sounds like he's singing and the burp at the beginning just so it could be musically better Like Toy Soldiers stays the same I really like mosh but i want him to have a stronger sounding production idk why but i always found mosh to be just a little half baked and it could've used better production even though the beat is kinda just not well produced enough imo Paul skit the same but no mj references We as Americans stays the same I know this may not be the best song to have in this album since it was already released and targets a movie but not only is 8 mile HEAVILY inspired by Eminems past life but it's literally his most iconic song and it's not on a album if Legends like big and 2pac could do it why can't Eminem 🤷🏾♂️ also it would make the album immediately framed as a classic/cult classic album with such a song even though the soundtrack alr have it but who cares 😂 Em Calls Paul is actually hilarious but still keep out the mj references This is gonna be werid to listen to after like toy Soldiers but since this basically the coupe da grace of the ealry 2000s era of Eminem he might as well go out with an iconic diss that would've left whole world shock at the song and the people he targeted bully just fits encore so much and it would've been known to everyone as a classic diss track acknowledging em was never afraid of suge and ending ja rule/benzino's careers right before his hiatus with bully Now we get a universal hated/criticized song that i have simply have no choice but to put on here, just lose it. You can't end this era without a slim shady type lead single but out of the first four this is definitely the weakest, it's still an iconic song but it just doesn't hold up as much, I wish em made a song on the caliber of without me possibly even making a slim Shady song better than without me randomly on his curtain call album like how he randomly made two peak classic songs just for a greatest hits album. if that song actually happened i would be a much happier person but it didn't. i guess the best you could do is imagine this is without me level/worthy while bumping to this goofy ah song 😂 also no mj stuff I'm not a mj Stan or nun i just don't want him to have that little fued with each other tbh Shake that is a billion times better than ass like that by a mile this song is a absolute classic Spend some time isn't bad besides stats quo verse but the song "love me" from the 8 mile soundtrack is much better than this song so just have that song in your head instead of spend some time when you see the title 😂 Mockingbird is a timeless masterpiece I appreciate you giving love You More a 10/10 because it deserves it for sure one of the most underrated em songs One shot 2 shot is honestly overhated I wonder why it gets some hate Final Thought isn't bad but for an Eminem skit it's kinda bland knowing he could do better like have ken Kaniff in the back trying to get in his backstage room to sexually assault or whatever tf 😂😭 and starts yelling and getting mad in a funny way then his security comes through and kicks him out like at least do something with ken or Steve while also emphasizing em's last letter When I'm Gone is perfection in every sense of the world its iconic and deserves 1 billion views Encore/Curtains Down plays exactly the same with em shooting everyone including himself and ending his iconic 4 album with slim shady himself Now this album is a classic, I'm starting to create another playlist on this so PLEASE tell me how you think about this tracklist and redo fan album and do you think it competes With his first three albums 👍

the first verse on evil deeds really kills it for me and his voice seems too frantic and kind of annoying. spend some time is really forgettable and even with all the features they really didnt shine that much, even 50 cent didnt do that great, not to mention the terrible singing on the hook and especially the intro

@@evelynoclock I must admit the first verse in Evil Deeds is quite uncommon haha. I personally got used of it with time and now I see it as original, unique, and funny, but I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea. As for his voice in the other two verrses, Encore was made during his full-drug/exhausted era, and you can clearly hear it in many songs, this one included indeed, but I don't mind it, I even think this increases the dark atmosphere that I personally feel when I listen to this album, because it's always a reminder of what was going on in Em's life in this era. And so, overall, I think Evil Deeds is a perfect intro, and even some kind of preview, of what the mood of the album is gonna be like. As for Spend Some Time, I love this song specifically for all the reasons you've mentioned 😂It's in my top 5, maybe even top 3 songs from Encore. As I've said above, despite all the goofy tracks Encore has, I consider it a dark album because of what Eminem was going through in this era, and how he was going deeper into drugs. And for some reason, I kinda see Spend Some Time as the most "laid-back" track of the album. The other songs are either quite dark, depressive, or really goofy. I think Spend Some Time is a pretty relaxing song, the kind of song I can listen to while I'm just chilling, I love the instrumental, Eminem did a perfect chorus for it that is both relaxing and melancholic, same goes for the intro, which I think was creative too. As for the featurings, Eminem's verse was the best indeed, but I don't mind 50, etc. Plus hey, you put One Shot 2 Shot at #4, and many considers this song as the worst D12 featuring haha, personally I think both songs are hella underrated! But anyway, sorry for typing so much!

@@JethroParis you're right i did put one shot 2 shot at #4 its my guilty pleasure it's just so funny 😂. despite my rankings i actually like encore a lot, not sure why i became obsessed with the album including alternate tracklistings and the promotional photoshoot that took place that made the whole theatrical-esque part of the album come so much more alive. i really hope that for the 20th anniversary we finally get a release of the rest of the leaked songs like bully and monkey see monkey do

The beat is definitely fire but the song could've been way better. The hook isn't great and I'd say the first verse and the first half of the second verse are pretty bad, which makes me wonder why the 2nd half of verse 2 and the third verse are so much better.

Overall:so in my opinion this album was great album until moss. After moss, most of tracks are dump of garbage or bad emotional that could give you depress if you hear it many times. So uhh when this albums middle part starts, i guess i will just skip it. So my score on tbis album is Decent 4 to Strong 4.
