THD genuinely might be my favorite commercial grade animatronic of all time. From the animation to the lines to the concept it's just so unique and perfect and took my breath away when I saw him during the premiere!

Unpopular opinion but I adore the Marsh Monster. It looks like something straight outta Gravity Falls and I kind of dig it.

What I love about Home Depot is that they make new unique stuff ever year

Sinister Steve is a real let down Home Depot normally makes pretty good clowns such as teary and the jester but sinister Steve is on Johnny punk levels if you ask me

THD 3000 is such a stellar prop. I want more sci-fi/mad-science themed props so badly.

Dude, I'm with you on number 1. I ordered him this morning.

I tried to buy Lethal Lilly shortly after they made the new props available this morning and was sold out super quick!

I got the 12’ ghost, skull archway, lethal Lily, predator of the night and the skelly light kit. Thinking of adding the scarecrow when I find it in store. These props are definitely amazing this year.

The Robot looks like it's straight out of an 80s movie, so good!!

My top 5: THD-3000, Lethal Lily, Predator, Jack Skellington, Boogie Man. THD and Lily are probably the absolute best animatoronics of all time ever released to regular consumers (at least in terms of the technology and realism), and they're both under $300 which really raises the bar for what can be done at that price point. They're going to be really hard to top next year, and with both of these coming from Home Depot, Spirit really has its competition cut out for it next year when it comes to animatronic features and value.

I'm so happy to see the new witch with less green and hook nose nonsense. And I finally was able to order the 12ft skelly and got the 13ft jack! They were my musts this year I may get the witch but soo pleased with H.D this year! They're not cheesy and upping their game! 🎃🖤 My spooky heart is soaring! Thanks for posting!

The marsh monster looks like too many ideas being meshed into one. It’s clearly inspired by a wendigo so they should’ve stuck to the source material instead of over doing it.

I got the winged demon , two jacks (one for a friend) & two 12 ft inferno pumpkins( one for a friend) . I stayed up till 3 am when it all dropped on the site . I’m so bummed that penny wasn’t in stock even at 3 am😪

I have to say this somewhere. Based on the clips from Home Depot about THD 3000, the phrases that it has is SO reminiscent of the Borg from Star Trek. Seriously, if these companies want to make a scary ass cybernetic humanoid animatronic then they should just make the Borg. They're generic, and beyond frightening in their own right. Sickly pale skin, lots of robotic body parts.; if they can make THD 3000, they can CERTAINLY make the Borg. Unless they are a licensed character then... fine. Just my observation.

My favorite animatronics are the Marsh Monster, Jack Skellington, Predator of the Night, THD 3000, Boogeyman, and The Gravedigger. The first one is just amazing and I agree with one of the comments saying it gave them vibes to Gravity Falls! Second, I’d have the thought of dressing up as Halloween Town Sora and pose next to Jack akin to Kingdom Hearts. Third, the demon felt like it came out of 70s-80s heavy metal album covers and it shows! The roars and growls really made me consider Predator of the Night as my absolute favorite animatronic out of Home Depot’s 2023 Halloween lineup. Fourth, I think the designer behind the cyborg was a fan of sci-fi movies, especially Terminator and possibly Metal Gear, so yeah. Lastly, my fifth and sixth favorites; the former could really scare the living shit out of a child who’s scared of the dark or misbehaved, whereas the latter embraced the fear of being buried alive. I’m not the only person in the world who kept that thought, but the undead Dampe looking man really sealed the deal.

I think the jack should’ve been around 7-8 feet, it would’ve made more sense than 13 feet

idk i think THD is so cool, but it’s just not scary. like nobody would be scared walking up to that except for super little kids. the design is amazing though and the animation is insane, it’s just not scary.

Some of these are great but these props just are so expensive. I worry to spend this much and it gets ruined in the rain.

This might be very controversial, but cold hate is in my opinion the most overrated prop of 2023, like I love him he’s probably my 5th favorite prop of this year But in my opinion there are better animatronics like the predatorof the night,the witch, even the marsh monster!!!, I don’t know he’s really awesome, but he is very overrated Still a legendary animatronic
