I've seen plenty of ND palette ranking videos and so far no one comes even close to yours. Loved the format of just seeing the palette on white table, swatches, comparisons, looks included, your reason why you love a certain shade...this is the first video of yours that I'm watching and I'm grateful for whatever youtube algorithm was responsible, haha. I have a smaller collection but would rank mine Retro - Glam - Lila - Pastel - Tropic - Gold. Gold being last for me is definitely controversial, but I think for me its too warm toned and I find some shades too crumbly so they don't last very long. I know Tropic did not have favorable reviews (mostly since the colourful shades performed poorly) but I actually like the matte shades in it the most and use them a lot as transition colours in my collection. I love the format of your ranking, and double appreciated the kitty cameo!

I was so happy to see that you put Glam as no 1, it’s one of the very few I’ve got. Extremely wearable and yes, that quality! The other one I’ve got is Circo Loco. I don’t reach for it often but it’s a cool palette to have. I love the metallic mint green, metallic yellow and the lovely silver with a small small hint of purple…well, all the metallics to be honest 😄. I’ve been wanting to pick up the pastelle but it’s sold out here. I’ll take it once I get the chance, but it’s good to be warned that the mattes are not too opaque. Will watch your review vid on it, I’ve managed to miss it! xoxo

Aww twins! Glam is just the best palette, you really can't go wrong with it. Ugh do not tell me this about Circo Loco haha I really really really want it lol I don't know why but I just love the look of it haha I don't think Pastel is limited edition at least so you it will defs be back. I think Beautylish still has it actually if they ship to you? 💗💗💗

The look you did with the trichrome was so pretty that I recreated it using the Melt Amor y Mariposas, the ND Metropolis, Colourpop Sweet Talk and ND's liquid chromium eyeshadow in Scarab. I don't have the Triochrome palette, and most of the shades I'm interested in it, I have or can make. The trio in triochrome refers to the trio of chromium shadows- multichrome shade formula. I think her liquid multi chromes out perform the pressed versions. I would love to see a mini with just chromium shades though. My current ranking would have to be: 1.Metropolis 2. Zendo 3. Mini Love 4, Glam 5. Mini Gold 6. Retro However, someone would have to pry them from me to get rid of any.

Oh that's awesome! I don't know if we even have her liquid multi chromes here in Aus lol but that's awesome to know about what the triochrome means, thank you! I agree a mini in the multi chromes would be amazing. Also looovee your ranking! I really want Metropolis (I don't think its sold still though right?) and I think I want Zendo too so its good to know its so high on your list 💗💗💗

You can stop looking for the triochrome shades, it is a trio of chrome shades. Chrome being how ND calls her duochrome shadows (very confusing!) 😁

This is not it lol and if it is, it reflects even more poorly on ND. I’d rather her be bad at making triochromes than be lying about duochromes being triochromes. She also calls the liquid version of similar shades “multichrome” not duochrome so that proves it

10:25 those first two metallics you swatched and said you loved, mint frost and limoncello, are the two shades that were in the tropic palette. They are two of my favourites as well especially mint frost. It’s such an interesting shade. Depending on what colour you wear with it, it can look green, or if you wear it with a red for example then it looks like a light blue. I absolutely love mint frost. It’s one of my all time favourite shades in my whole collection. An that’s saying a lotttttt as I have a billion palettes lol Also in regards to tropic getting bad reviews. It’s so sad. I have every Natasha palette. And tropic is her great formula. The mattes in tropic are soooo buttery smooth and apply so good. All because tropic had two “difficult” shades then some people gave it a bad review. The royal blue and emerald green. We’re the two difficult shades. People were getting hard pan. I purchased mine after the reviews and I’m so glad I did because I almost skipped it due to those reviews. But martina let me tell you, it’s one of my fave denona palettes and I have them all. When I got mine, I just made sure I was extra careful to use CLEAN brushes on those two “difficult” shades and neither have got hard pan. So far no issues at all. And I am so so glad I picked it up. Honestly don’t be put off by those bad reviews martina if your just careful with those two shades you’ll be fine and I know you’d love tropic. ❤️ I hope one day you can pick it up xoxo

Since you love her greens or love greens so much I highly, highly recommend her mini Star and mini Gold palettes! They are soooo stunning!!! You will not regret the purchase I promise you. They are also more wearable leaning and u can create a multitude of looks!! The mini Star has a gorgeous blue green burgundy shifty shadow and it's sooo pretty and the Mini Gold has those grungy army green tones with gold and brown. Soooo My top ND palettes would be 1)Triochrome 2) Metropolis 3) Love 4) Retro 5) Bronze 6) Glam. 7) Circo Loco 8) Zendo 9) Sunrise I have almost all the minis and my recommendations for those would be mini Biba, mini Star, Mini Gold, mini Retro, mini Love, mini Glam. Loved loved loved this video!!! Still debating on adding the Pastel palette so as to combine with Triochrome ,Glam and def Circo Loco.

@@MartinaLilyok, so I did it..... yup purchased the Pastel palette for the Sephora VIB sale. 🤣🤣 I couldn't help myself 🤣🤣 Yes, Metropolis is stunning, i really hope she brings it back or comes out with another palette that size. Zendo is OK, I need to use it more tho. Circo Loco is stunning for sure and VERY pigmented! It's a must have rainbow type of palette to have in a collection for sure for those days you wanna play with color or combine with a nuetral palette for more wearable looks. The minis tho, love them to throw in my bag n go or for travel. And they are only $25 USD, more affordable for sure. 1

@@MartinaLily def wait for a good sale for Circo Loco! It's expensive. But you will like it. Yes I will do a Sephora haul on my IG! Good idea! I hadn't thought of that! I just picked up a ton of cream blushes, a couple new foundations, some highlighters and only 2 eyeshadow palettes. Everything should arrive by Wed so I'll have it up next week with some pics on a makeup look with my goodies! I need to post my look today using Florasis. About to order a couple more things from them. The makeup is like a beautiful piece of and and performs so well!

Bronze palette was my very first expensive palette and I loved it, but once I started using it I noticed as you that all shades are similar! I only used shades Silk, Rodhium, Deep Dive and Palladium. I got rid of it one month ago.

I 100% agree with your ranking even though I only have Retro and some mini palettes. I have been eyeing Glam for such a long time, but I have ABH Sultry which has a lot of similarities but I think Glam looks prettier.

Hmmm I think if you love pastels and don't mind finessing them to get them to work then go for it but if you don't wear color I'd pick up a BH cosmetics pastel palette or something 💗💗💗

I think I would take the bronze one since I have green eye with orange slice in it. When I use Orangy bronze eyeshadow, the result is always stunning. I like the other one, it just that, organge, bronze color sut me perfectly.

Favorites: Star, Glam, Retro and Lila. Least: Sunset (gave it away), Tropic (beautiful color story but disappointing shades) and Bronze (not a warm toned girl). Tropic could have been perpect if the quality was there.

I only have two big ND palettes. I have the gold and triochrome. I didn't get much use of gold cause of all the brown so I mixed it with triochrome and both are much more appealing to me now! I have love and retro. My first pick would probably my customized gold, triochrome, love, then retro 🙈 I don't count my mini gold and lila yet since I haven't really used them much :/

@@MartinaLily it's so hard for me to get ND cause the color stories sometimes have repetitive shades >_< but yeah! The two are good together! I'm eventually going to mix love and retro but I like love as it is for now so I'll keep them separate >_

Glam in my favourite palette, it would be my wedding palette for sure, Retro in next and i don't have Biba i only have mini Biba and i love it but i really want big Biba so bad

Oh yeah glam is a huge contender for wedding palette for sure! The good thing is I don't think the big Biba will be going anywhere so you can add it when you want haha Its definitely one of those holy grail type palettes hey 💗💗💗

I think between the bronze and glam midi I have all the ND I need. I do have some of the minis but have found myself neglecting them for these midis

Oh yeah, between those two unless you want the berry tones from Retro that really is all you need for sure. I feel the same, I've never picked up any minis because I feel like I wouldn't use them when I have the midis 💗💗💗

I'd love to see a video of Pat Mcgrath vs Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes. Maybe ranking the palettes against one another, or talking what each brand does best and what consumers that would suit best.

Aw twins! They are so incredible. He's my first one and yes, I cannot believe how insanely smart they are. I swear he is human hahah I'll definitely try and include them its not often they come into my filming room cos I don't think they like how much I talk

@@MartinaLily haha I say that about my boy that I swear he’s human. I have had tons of different breeds of cats over the years and none even come close to how smart Russian blues are. Mine does dog tricks haha Iv tried teaching my other cats and they just look at me like I’m stupid and walk away!!! Where as my Russian blue will sit there, so excited, super interested and with such enthusiasm he will give me his “paw” on demand, “shake” to reach out and give me a handshake. It’s soooo cute. Then I say “gimme 5” and hold my hand up, he reaches up high and gives me five haha Never in my life seen a cat who does dog tricks like that. Super smart is an understatement. I think that’s why you always see grey cats in adverts as they’re the only trainable cat breed. But yesssss try film them more. Cats and makeup are two of my favourite things lol 😂 easily pleased arent we hahaaa xxx

Is it normal that I'm neutral warm skin tone but I don't love the oranges in the Bronze palette on me? I just love the way the palette looks altogether, especially the purples.😅

You sold me on that glam face palette. I did not want it at all but I loveeee the concept of it. I think it will be perfect to pack for travel and I think that will be the palette I use for my sisters wedding makeup!

I don’t have a single Natasha denona palette but I always consider them but I just love my PM motherships too much and SO many of the shadows in NDs palettes look identical to the shade right next to it. So upset to see the one ND palette i ever considered getting at 2nd to bottom tho (pastel palette bc it’s one of few that has unique colors that don’t feel redundant despite the absolutely absurd PML+ price points)

I get that, it is so hard to go past Pat once you’ve tried her haha honestly the quality of the pastel palette is just not worth it in my opinion. I think there are for sure other brands who do pastels better 💗
