I think I love Illuminate because of the lyrics. They feel comforting and uplifting in a way I haven’t heard before at the time and with how soft Slyleaf’s performance is, it makes the song a therapeutic experience for me. The production also isn’t trying to be big or bombastic and for a song like Illuminate it really helps that it’s a bit unconventional and soft. Something I also love is that there’s no drop, at least a drop in the conventional sense. I love how much it helps me on a personal level is the best way I can explain my love for Illuminate. It’s my favorite Duumu song and I always love listening to his Illuminate EP when I need a pick me up kind of album

What Feels Right is definitely sensational. Perfectly rides the line of complex but every sound and melody is executed perfectly. Feather is amazing too and I feel bad I kinda slept on it.

Funny thing, one of my favourite tracks of his is because of an experience I had when first heard the track on release also. "You Say" was released while my family and I were driving down to Vegas, and it was cool seeing the desert all around us and the city growing in the distance (mind you this was my first visiting the US). Not a very cool story but an interesting coincidence nevertheless I think. I like Pauline Herr's vocal and the tracks grove, but I guess I was just feeling it that day. Thanks for the upload 🤍.

Man I should take a closer look at Duumu's discography

One of my new favorite artists so far. Listened to more Uncaged than Instinct until I checked out your vids. When I first listened to some of Duumu's songs through these vids I fell in love with them (and especially 'Talk!', jeez that goes HARD).

So happy to see Talk! get a 10/10, might be my favourite song in most my playlists and from duumu

Duumu is the guy for me that hasn’t got much music, but what he does have is brilliant such a shame the project has ended, can’t wait to see more from him elsewhere though also, have you done FWLR or Protostar’s discography yet? they might be good ideas (your choice i don’t mind if you say no haha, it’s youtube isn’t it)

i rarely listen to music now. But since 2015 -2017 i actively listen to Monstercat releases. I dont like track that have "heavy" drop but unique like future bass. When Duumu make a debut, i know his music is my type just like Subtact. btw i totally agreed Recovery is much more better than Illuminate.
