I’ve been a K Leather enthusiast for my whole life, but the Phantom GX is something else. I have the DF and love them. The touch is beautiful and the comfort is unbeatable.

I definitely think the Vapor 13 Elite and Flyknit Ultra were better. As far as knitted Mercurials go at least. But I wouldn’t mind a re-release of the Superfly 4 like they did with the Maestri 3.

Coming from an adidas long-time wearer, Phantom GX AG-PRO is awesome! However, the (too) low toe box was a bit disappointing because it forced me to go half a size up. I could only fix that by changing the insoles with special ones that helped keep my feet in place and reduce blisters.

@@chpagnepel playing without insoles is never a good idea. Going half a size up made the shoes a bit bigger, so I used a better insole instead.

There is a really cool bright red colorway of the Nike phantom luna. It's not everywhere, but I was able to order a pair from Academy sports and outdoors in my size in women 12 Mens/13.5 women

I have the vapor 15 but the mid end version which in my opinion are really nice and with the low cut sock I feel like I have more room to move and adjust to things

I just got some phantom gx mid cut blue and black at nike outlets for 190$ got a 30% discount I rocked the phantom vision which where one of the most comfortable cleats i ever wore so im excited to use the gx i also bought some copas white and gold and they feel so comfortable but a little heavy i used hypervenom 3s which where also comfortable and now that nike is going with a lot of plastic hard material i really didnt want to buy any new nike cleats like the superflys since i normally get lots of blisters even with grip socks thats why i went with the copas mundial but they feel a bit heavy, lucky enough my friend had one of the original copa mundial with rubber cleats studs which feel much more lighter then the other copas that i have and the leather feels way more different idk if its cuz its a older generation or because the whole shoe is leather since the other copas is only leather from the mid of the shoe to the toe box but the fact that the oldest and cheapest cleat that i bought are the most comfortable is insane to me btw i need to stop with this shoe addiction all my paychecks is going to cleats🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Me personally never worn the phantom but I don’t like the mercurial it’s just plasticy so I have always gone with tiempo but tell me how dose the phantom fell

Yes the mercurials 15 has a bouncy feel but the durability of the zoom air is not as great

I am noticing this as well. I have spent a few training sessions breaking them in and I already find that they are great fit and feel, but am noticing they are wearing faster than my previous generation of Mercs. (just different build quality I suppose)

Not Josh but I would say the Adidas Predator line is the way to go for takedowns at the moment. The new Tiempo line is also very very good at the lower price points.

Nah phantom gx is the most versatile and any position and foot type can wear them comfortably

@@ivan.1278 let’s not start w “boots by position” please. If by “versatile” you mean obscenely sticky then yes that it is. Nike premier will foot more foot types hence the stretching of natural leather. 🤌🏼
