My ranking of 3D Sonic games 10- Sonic Forces: Disapointement.. 9- Sonic Heroes: It's not that good as people say, trust me. 8- Sonic Lost World: More like Sonic lost his identity. 7- Sonic 06: If only P-06 was the offical version of the game.. 6- Sonic Unleashed: The Werehog is maybe unique, but i still cannot love his gameplay. 5- Sonic Generation: The game couldv'e been much longer. (Specially on 3DS) 4- Sonic Colors: Unlike does two Boost games, it doesn't have other gameplay style. 3- Sonic Frontiers: It's really about time we get a good 'Sonic Team' mainline game. 2- Sonic Adventure 2: Rouge & Tails levels are horrible, but it has the best chao garden. 1- Sonic Adventure: I had more fun with the first Sonic adventure than any 3D mainlines.

good takes buddy I don't agree on most of them but i can understand ur opinion though if u asked me sonic frontiers will be top 1 and sa1 will be after it then unleashed

personally my version of this list would be a little swapped around. 1. Sonic Frontiers- this games does almost everything right from the Super Sonic Boss fights to the character development from the Sonic Adventure games being brought back and the major boss fight music is so epic that all of it was god-tier in quality. but the main thing holding it back isn't the Cyber Space stages although they should have used more older stages than just Green Hill, Chemical Plant, Sky Sanctuary and Radical Highway as themes. but the final boss is what has me wondering what the hell was Sega smoking thinking a bullet hell gameplay style in a Sonic game's final boss fight much less a Sonic game period was a good idea. 2. Sonic Unleashed- perhaps the game with the closest parallels to Sonic Frontiers in both music and a new character being brought in but the Werehog stages were a little annoying hack N' Slash Action gameplay was good but got annoying in the endgame. 3. Sonic Adventure 1-It's the game that launched Sonic into a 3D gaming space but the story portion for Big the Cat gets annoying really quick. 4. Sonic Generations- it was a marvel to play two versions of Sonic in the same game especially the final boss where you control two Super Sonics in the same fight. 5. Sonic Adventure 2- it was a great game with an even greater OST but i find the Tails and Dr. Eggman stages annoying. 6. Sonic Heroes- it was a great game but the repetition gets annoying at times. 7. Sonic Colors- it was good but the no Super Sonic final boss fight weighs it down from being a great game. 8. Sonic Forces- it was fun creating an OC and three songs were what made it good which are Fist Bump, Theme of Infinite and Light of Hope. 9.Sonic 06'- The only thing keeping it afloat from being a complete failure is the music. 10. Sonic Lost World- it was alright but not all that good primarily for borrowing ideas from Super Mario Galaxy.

I really like your takes on this. They’re most of the time not really filled with bias but rather personal thoughts on how it’s like. I kinda have the same mindset. In my opinion, I do think Adventure 2 is overrated. But I still think that the mech and treasure hunt stages can be fun though. I don’t care what others say, I think it’s refreshing to hear different perspectives that aren’t entirely one sided. Like “Sonic Adventure 2 is the best and most praised game! Also, where TF is Sonic Adventure 3?” I do think that Sonic Unleashed for the franchise as a whole is the best pick for best Sonic game ever. I’m at least glad you have some faith in the werehog stages because they’re over-hated too much. What I like about each Sonic game is that they have their own gimmick, story, stages, music, and their own charm to it. That’s what makes each and every Sonic game likable to me. Even the storybook series and perhaps even Shuffle and other games as well. (Except Sonic Blast. I’m never playing that again.)

Frontiers is overrated. Don’t get me wrong the super sonic boss fights are amazing, and the idea of sonic being in an open zone for almost the entire game is quite genius. Shadow's game is missing the game that was meant to be a follow up after Sonic Heroes (sure only one playthrough is suppose to be canon, the opening and last story at least, and from what I know / heard that would be the Hero story) also the Boom games, least Rise of Lyric, but then again it's part of the Boom universe so I see why it's not here, also doesn't the TV show take place after the games or something? (feel like I heard something like that, but it's hard to find info about it)

Surprised Colors wasn't lower on this list. Granted i recently played Ultimate but the controls and level design were not that great even for the original game. Starlight Carnival, for instance had mainly side step on rail sections. I do understand Heroes having overly loose controls however. Unleashed and Generations are great however. I do wonder if you included Shadow the Hedgehog, where would you put that?

You’re allowed to have your opinions but some of these are just strange. Also I might get hate but I can’t stand colors. Even the original version. I don’t count it as a 3D game cause most of it is 2D. It’s a 2d game with 3D sections. Generations had a nice balance and I think is better. Unleashed is a great #1 though

It kills the experience but its still a good game. (Please dont kill me over this opinion) Yeah I cant be talking if I think the Night stages are more fun then the Day stages.
