I decided to rank every single assassins default outfit (excluding Valhalla and odyssey as I do not count them as a assassins creeds games and mirage I still haven't played)

I’d personally use Jacob’s outfit that was used in the trailers and cover art for the game. That’s the main outfit for him

Yeah, after he make the Rooks you can buy outdoorsman outfit from shop keeper. That's his default outfit as gang leader and Assassin

The e3 arno and the one in game is a bit different. Basically thr knew in game is just overall worse, like the colors ain't right and the textures are so downgraded.

Jacobs main outfit is the outdoorsman outfit. He has this thing called "character progression" that his sister doesn't have. Jacob's main look (outdoorsman outfit) is also appropriate for the victorian setting, whime evie has a made up robe look that doesn't fit in at all.

@@Alpha-32- that just simply can't work when ezio's outfit wasn't his nobale outfit, or when Edwards wasn't the Duncan outfit. It sets an unfair double standard against Jacob, simply because Jacob's main outfit has to be equipped by the player themselves.

I hate these comparisons as each and every outfit was designed to fit the era and society so one doesn't stand out. Altair's outfit is great, but only relative to his era, he would have a hard time assassinating with this outfit in Unity or Syndicate, same goes for Bayek and Ezio. Jacob's and Arno's outfits were so good relative to their era and setting, that it would be literally impossible to suspect them of being the danger, yet they would suffer in Egypt, Italy or Syria.

I think Jacob looks best because he actually tries to blend in. All the other assassins has most noticable outfits that screams ''I'M AN ASSASSIN'' to any of the Templars. White robes with hood and a small arsenal of weapons that could be seen within 5 mile radius, I dunno who could that be?!

It's a good thing that these days there's a mod to restore the hood to Shay's templar outfit. On PC that is.

My favourite is AC Brotherhood, AC1, AC2, AC3, AC Unity, AC4, AC Origins, AC Rogue. And the one to rule them all AC Oddyssey.

Altair is by far the most intriguing and capable Assassin to me , he is strong, calculating, mysterious and in my opinion the most skilled assassin thus far. With the most beautiful Assassin armour, on par with the Epic Templar armour of the horrendous Rouge game.

I think my problem with arno is that we are used to the traditional assassin's creed outfit being main colour: white and secondary: red. So it doesn't sit right with me his main colour being blue

Absolute perfect list. Ezio's AC2 outfit gave that amazing Italian vibe and a feeling of wonder. Not to mention the man underneath it evevating the whole feeling.

I love your rating, finally someone with an exquisite taste in robes. People need to stop sleeping on the AC2 robes, they capture the time period perfectly and pull off the assassin look without sticking out like a sore thumb, the literal opposite purpose of an assassin's robes. People say simplicity is better, but AC2 still manages to expand on the simplicity of altairs outfit without overdoing it.

I'm not really a fan of Ezios outfit en AC 2 and Brotherhood, beacuse they seam a bit clunky to do versatile things in, but i like Jacobs outfit, because it does what an Assassin need it to do. Blend in to the crowds. and since moast people is in the undercalss in Victorian London, it does that perfectly. Ezios outfit has in contrast a big belt that signifies he is a master assassin. And as you said that scares people, which may lead to a bit to meny ecounters with guards.

6:15 Why would any other area of his upper outfit move? It's armor, made out of leather, probably hardened. It's not supposed to move. The physics looks very realistic to me.

I think you missed Eivor, Alexios, and Basim. Also, I'd rate Jacob's cover art outfit that's in the game. The Raven Clan Armor, Mercenary Armor, and Initiate's Outfit in Valhalla, Odyssey, and Mirage deserve some love too.

Weirdly, Jacobs homeless outfit is the only outfit I liked on him. I felt Parkour in a top hot looked absurd an yeah he can switch it to a hood but am I really supposed to buy that he hid a top hot under his coat?
