I use capcut for cropping my clips (specially those with black bars) and creating scene pack...then I do edit on After Effects Capcut is good for editing but overall smoothness, text and other motion graphics, after effects is GOATED

As someone who used to make edits on Premiere Pro, it was quite difficult in the beginning since there weren't that many tutorials on yt for tiktok edits (except one) but I had to do some adjusting to try to make edits which are somewhat like AE edits.
