East Northumberland High if I remember correctly is where Aunt Dolly went to high school in Hannah Montana. I remember in one of the episodes she was in, she mentioned the school. well actually east northumberland high is a high school in canada and the school of the amazing underrated singer samantha moore went to! a amazing 2000‘s pop rock singer who sung breakaway before kelly clarkson and many of her songs went to other singer but y’all should definitely check out her songs difference in me, from the ashes, one of those girls, move on and replace you SOME OF THE BEST SONGS I HAVE EVER HEARD 😭 anyway east northumberland is a song from samantha moore too and miley covered it and all the lyrics and references in this songs are about samantha’s personal high school experiences :))

This is so nostalgic. I am just recently getting into being a fan of Miley again after some years of being eh.. like I couldn’t relate with what she was doing and her music was way too out there for me. But with her most recent albums, I’m starting to fall in love with her music again like when I was younger. I had to miss a dress rehearsal for my school music to go to the Bangerz tour in 10th grade. My director was upset but seeing her fly around the arena on a giant hot dog was worth it. 😂

Damn, I truly love "Fly on the wall", "Stay", "Liberty Walk" and "Robot". *haha* "Someone Else" is my favorite from that album, and I find it really underrated. That's basically where our disagreements end. The bridge of "The Bottom of the Ocean" has always made me weep. "When I Look At You" is very emotional to me as well, since it is one of the first songs that I was able to play by heart when it comes to piano and since I adore "the Last Song". "The Climb" really deserves its spot. "Bad Mood"... good album-version, but even more awesome awesome live. I didn't know before this that she had done a cover of "Zombie". Miley-documentary would surely be beyond great, indeed. This video really shows both how iconic she has been from the start, but also how far she has come. Thank you for starting our weekend by nicely drowning us in such a nostalgia.

HARDCORE dead petz stan here, I don’t think your dead petz rankings were terrible except Space Bootz which is in almost every stans top 5 songs ever because it’s so heartbreaking. The actual thing you might get some lashings for is your Bangerz rankings 😂 Someone Else and Drive are so beautiful and also fan favourites. I would say the DP album is for the hardcore fans and therapeutic for miley herself, who threatened to leave her label if they didn’t let her release it for free (hence the soundcloud drop). But I like how you were still kind about the songs you didn’t gel with, as they do mean a lot to us!

The video I've been waiting for 😁 I'll be at uni walking to classes and singing "Goodbye" lol it's just too good. Also "Who Owns My Heart" and "Stay" were my favs, definitely god tier for me. From Younger now my favorite songs were "Miss You So Much" and "She's Not Him" but I honestly loved the whole album. From Plastic hearts, it was "Never Be Me" and "WTF Do I Know" but I also love the whole album.

I’m SO happy about this! Good and broken, as I am and right here are the holy trinity of meet miley cyrus and I’ve always been obsessed about them. WTF do I know, for me, deserves god tier. I mean, “maybe getting married just to cause a distraction”??? Yes! Jaded is easily one of my favorite songs of all time. I love how honest and versatile miley can be. She’s not afraid to show every side of her, or try new things and I don’t think people give enough credit at how amazing she is. Also, her voice is just everything to me, she can sing in every genre and make it sound incredible.

Since you shared a story of the past I come to share one of my own!! When Can't Be Tamed came out I was on a trip with my parents and my sister to the UK for the first time and I literally to this day cannot listen to those songs without seeing myself walking through the streets of London lmao I am weirdly attached to that album because of that haha
