I think Commander X2 should be higher. It's not much of a change from regular Marvin, but I love how it calls back to his future counterpart in the Duck Dodgers television series. Tasmanian She-Devil is also decent, though I wish it had unique voice lines. On the flip side, I'd personally rank the Shark hats lower. They're kind of lame in my opinion, not really referencing anything and just existing for the Shark week rift that felt thought up on the spot.

You needed 12,000 pieces of candy to purchase that skin and you would get like 40 pieces a game IF you had a Halloween skin on and could get up to like 60 if you won 2v2 and your teammate also had a Halloween skin. No Halloween Skin and a loss? 10 pieces of candy.

I love the Intrepid Velma skin, some of my favorite episodes from scooby doo have her in the jungle with the outfit (mostly in what's new Scooby Doo), down to the orange ascot-tie. You are technically missing the velma beach skin since it was in the shop then left and you can't buy it alone anymore, but it's a good skin, nothing crazy like the Batman who laughs or Space Reindog. The newest update bumped up Uncle Shagworthy for me, he finally has unique entrance, win and lose animations and no longer uses Shaggy's! He's a really funny one to see interact with other characters, and he's not even a character that shows up in many Scooby episodes, only like a handful. The T-shirt skins are the worst in my opinion, but pretty much everything else in the don't care section I'd bump up at least one. Most of the valentine skins don't looks so good, but harley and a few others pull it off pretty well. The Matrix ones are great, and the shark week skins depending on the character are really funny or just add that extra bit while keeping the original look. The Friday the 13th masks are only on like 4 characters, but the one you get free Black Adam is easily the best. The tooniverse skins all in general look great, with Taz and Stripe being my favorites. As far as the worst ACTUAL skin, as in one that does change the skin significantly but not in a good way, I'd go with the AmaZone Defense LeBron. It sucks because I don't even think it looks bad, it's just very plain when compared to his normal jersey look. The top of my list would look similar to yours with the addition of the combat stripe and gizmo skins (fan of gremlins) and probably maestro bugs just because his intro animation looks so good. Might also add Shagworthy up there too, but I think another skin could come out and beat it as the best shaggy skin.

I actually bought the Samurai Batman yesterday and it looks sick! Definitely getting some Samurai Jack skins when he comes out.

this is all subjective at the end but the Rock adam skin, Batman who laughs, Blackest night superman, Cake, President morty speaking of which did you know his original rarity was green in the beta until they changed it to purple?? Megaladog raiendog, Uber Jason Animated batman skin are in my Nothing better tier even though it's not 20$ worthy i still love it's simplicity and just iconic design I would put fern up here but i just don't really like playing as finn so i never bought him but he is an honorable mention for me

My S tiers would be BTAS Batman Superman 1 million, Black lantern skins Evil Morty Uber Jason Samurai Batman and Batman who laughs skins are cool, but I don’t feel like they incapsulate their characters very well.

Speaking as someone who grew up watching the Duck Dodgers cartoon, I have a bit more appreciation towards the X2 outfit so I'd personally rank it higher. But I respect your disinterest in it. Also my personal preference for the Ugly Sweater outfits is I think Superman's is the best purely for the "Super Santa" aesthetic. Not the biggest fan of Gold Plated Superman, personally. Everything else I can agree with

They should do 1 gold tier skin(100k), a lower skin (75k) and then just an ensemble of various other goods (50k-25k). The game gives you prestige for free by unlocking various things through the battlepass or events, so even Free 2 play players will be able to buy a skin eventually.
