I think Florida is gonna surprise a lot of people this year, they filled a lot of holes in the transfer portal and brought in a ton of experienced guys in positions they lacked in last year

As an lsu fan I can say that’s what it sounded like and was kind of like going into Brian Kelly’s first year and they finished with 10 wins that year so maybe Florida will be good this year

@@docgtn I think they will be a lot better, we do play an absolute gauntlet of a season so if we could go 8-4 or maybe 9-3 I’d say that is good progress! A lot of people forget that in Billy’s first two years the whole landscape of college football was flipped in terms of recruiting and transfer portal, right after we spent like 80 million dollars building a brand new top of the line facility just to find out we should have used all that money to just pay players🤦‍♂️

Notre Dame is at least a top 10 team. The only reason you put them at 16 is because "they lack in skill talent". They just got tons of experienced receivers. Beaux Collins was a solid player at Clemson. Held back by Klubnik. Kris Mitchell put up crazy stats at FIU. Mitchell Evans at TE is very experienced. And don't even forget the secondary. Probably top 3. Enough with the Notre Dame hate. Go Irish

Yes saying notre dame lacks skill position this year is a lazy take based off of previous seasons notre dame upgraded big time on the outside, QB room is the best it’s been since I’ve been alive and the running back room is very good. I’m predicting notre dame to finish 12-0, 11-1 at the worst

I am not angry with Oklahoma State's ranking of 25, I am just a bit confused with everyone they bring back. They beat 24, 18, and 12 last year. I am fine with them being ranked above them, but I dont see KSU being 13 spots better than OSU.

I think Texas Tech has a good shot to end the season in the top 20 for sure. If the quarterback stays healthy then the celling is really high! Plus it'll be interesting to see how our first ever 5 star wide receiver(Hudson) develops in year one.

One thing you got right: 60% of top ten teams are SEC. Expanding to 12 team playoffs will only help ensure SEC has more chances for Natty.

Virginia lost a lot of close games. They were like 10 points away from being a 7 win team (close loss to nc st, jmu, kept close w Maryland until the last quarter, Louisville, etc). I think they’re a bit better than bottom of the barrel. I’d say somewhere in the 50s

Oklahoma state at 25 is a joke. Finished at 16 overall and returning nearly the entire team. And they have the best running back in the country, Ollie Gordan.

Thin, where? They have Donovan Edwards returning, Semaj Morgan, Morris, grabbed a bunch of good receivers via transfer portal. If there was a position of concern, that would be at quarterback. I think ranking them at #17 is disrespectful.

It's because most people just preseason rank based off last season hype and this years schedule. OU has a hard schedule and nationally doesn't have many eyes on it so they'll be ranked low because of that.

Uh... because there's plenty of lazy takes bud. Notre Dame is too low. Michigan has an incredible defense, arguably top 5, and they're too low. Iowa State and Miami are way too high. Yes they'll be solid but nowhere near top 15.

@5a.m I have every right to be unhappy. Deal with it. It's not at all a solid list. Yes, everyone can have an opinion, but there are some times that it is just flat-out ridiculous. For instance, he has Notre Dame at 16 for one reason only: the skill position is weak. He must not know ND has one of the best secondaries in the nation.. and stacked up on receivers in the portal, who have plenty of experience. Completely oblivious. Think what you want, bud, but this is not at all a solid list. I'm sure the guy is a chill dude, but this list stunk.
