Enyu i would personally put angel v4 in the broken category because the kings rule ability deals insane damage and if u get ur opponent stunned for some time he will be dead for sure. The second ability is quite broken too as you can use it for running from a fight and even the opposite, for chasing a runner. Idk what you think but here is my personal opinion. (:

i think angel deserves to be in the bottom of the broken tier because the king's rule passive helps for grinding and is really good. NPC cant hit u because they'll be stun-locked and this deals damage over time as well

nah my personal opinion is that the ghoul race is the best race cause of the massive healing and he never even said anything about the ravens basically when you dash they almost instantly break instinct very good combo with shadow cause of the final move on it making your enemies get stuck and vulnerable so that means when you dash around them they take damage and you just dash around them letting your ravens take out instinct so then u just combo them with some sanguine art and fruit abilities

Angel should, in my opinion, be at the bottom of the broken tier because the king's reign passive is excellent and facilitates grinding. Because you will be stunned, an NPC cannot attack you, and this will also cause damage over time.

Also there is an easier way to get shark v3 just fight Tide keeper and when the sea beast spawns just kill the sea beast and that's really simple even I tried it myself it worked so you don't need to wait FOREVER for a sea beast to spawn just defeat the sea beast when you fight Tide keeper and he's in forgotten island/skull island

Angel should be in broken, as a PvP guy dealing with angel v4 is the scariest part, not only their kings rule break your combo, but also can one shot you if they caught you lacking (which is very easy to do).

HUMAN v4 is actually in the broken kategory, because of either the gears at the second lv, limit breaker v2: increases the meter cap to 150 and lats longer (IT STRAIGHT UP BULLIES THE ENEMY) Psyco: Flash step charges regenerate faster, dash distances increases, and moves cannot be cancelled anymore upon taking damage. (GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MY MOVES GETS CANCELLED BY THE SANGUINE C MOVE OR STATUS DEBUFFS BECAUSE I HAVE LIMIT BREAKER V2)

btw if u die with the flowers they also reset so be careful and they arent a 100% spawn

As a 30m Shark dosent belong at the first place it received a massive nerf and when fighting players mostly high bounty players but also normal players they will bait your shark v3 and let it get over so then its useless. my opinion is that for the race v4 tier list it should be 1st Angel 2nd Ghoul 3rd Cyborg 4th Mink 5th Shark 6th Human (Note: Cyborg and ghoul share the 2nd place ) for the race v3 Ghoul and cyborg has the best v3 no doubt i would say ghoul has the best v3 as the life leach the speed and also the 30% less cooldowns with faster cooldowns in insane at pvp at the end of the day it really depends on your playstyle use what suits you the best for me its Cyborg , ghoul , angel ( i got fed-up by using angel so i use cyborg as it ken breaks )

@@tobiuchiha77 yea lol if your good at it then ok but human v3 is pretty bad but good for a come back and there are way better v3s and for v4 u will most likely be really low while other races will mostly be at a good amount of hp (mink's speed can dodge attacks and once v4 u will be at a good amount of hp as for human u have a v3 that is very bad and if u say flash step its only one u can dodge like 1 attack and once v4 u will mostly die since ur low hp sometimes u can make a comeback but mostly no and also angel has the v3 heal so you wont be low and also 15% defense for ghoul you have life leach and speed cyborg you have v3 that gives 30% defense while active mink has speed and shark has the v3 but can be baited and human is just bad and yes according to me Human and shark are the worst races ask any 30m they will tell u almost the same thing

Enyu, I'll be serious mink is one of the best not just it's fast you can stan, anyone with the tornato and you can probably catch runners with that, so I have with that being said you need to put the rabbit or mink on the good,😬😅
