The Rocky 2 training may not be the most impressive but imo its the most satisfying. Specially after being held back by Adrian's disapproval for so long, he just became man unleashed, dude was on fire and is arguably the hungriest he looked.

This is tricky. Maybe I'm olde, but rising from the ashes does it for me. That's III and Balboa. III has him face what it means to be a man. Balboa has him face it - without her. And Creed has him asking, "am I a mistake?" While fighting for Rocky to live.

Got to be either Rocky 2 or 3 for me. 2 because it starts with pregnant Adrian waking up from a coma and telling Rocky to win. Followed by Mickey exclaiming “what are we waitin’ for?!” 4 is the most bombastic and the slickest in full 80’s excess. 3 has rivals turned friends bromanching. So, that is big. Plus it’s kicked off by Adrian pulling Rocky out of the cave of fear and doubt.

I’m glad you love Rocky IV’s training montage as much as I do. Anytime I need motivation I play the training montage music and my god I get fired up. You broke down the relation between drago and rocky perfectly!

Rocky 3 is the only time Rocky ever trained for strategy. He was learning footwork, headmovement, and punching from angles. I still laugh though at how he does mitts. Mitts are not for power. They are for reflexes and accuracy. Yes Rocky IV is badass but its purely fantasy.

Also, unrelated but i have a new video idea Alex, and idk what you might think of it but, if you see how cool and well recieved your pinocchio video was i think you would like it: Watch every movie/series adaptación of "the little prince" and rank all of them, now idk if you have any interest in the little Prince, but, for me and many others, its one of the most ground breaking and ahead of its time stories, like, in the age of Ai that were witnessing, the little Prince seems like a tale that was Ai generated, and it was written a lot of time ago, but unlike Ai generated stories, the little prince actually has a lot of soul put into it, so if you do decide to make that video, ill watch it and all other videos, i swear

How could u say the Rocky 2 montage isn't exciting? He basically gave up on training and got back into it again only bc Adrian told him she wanted him to win. Adrian has always been the most important thing to him.

I like your reasoning but Rocky 2 for what Adrienne says to him when she come out of the coma. I defy any man not to promptly wield a big hammer in the next minute of the production with that emotional motivation

To quote the kids today, you cappin’ when it comes to Rocky Balboa. It’s good and a vast improvement over 5. So I don’t know what you mean when you say “bad sequel” because 6 isn’t one of them.

Wow i was NOT expecting creed 3 to be so low imo its the 2nd best training montage after rocky 2 but then u have rocky 2 RIGHT AFTER IT smh ...bad list imo but hey just opinions i guess 😂😂😂

At first i thought the og was gonna win but then i remembered rocky 4 and was like... yeah no, theres no guess, we all know it, however i do want to say that stating "democracy" vs "comunism" isnt really fair... and i dont mean to defend communism, i mean to say that if you actually look at the us with a criticar eye... you wouldnt exactly call it "democracy" either.

I’m just so glad that creed 3 was so low it was as you put it in your list top 3 worse training montages and honestly missed the mark with trash training scenes and zero motivation makers like when I watch a Rocky or creed movie I want to fly out my car and go train but 3 seriously left a bad taste in my mouth for how bad it was and as cool as the fight was swell it was terrible the best part was the anime references and that’s it.
