They likely just don't know at the time that fisher tiger was the one responsible and just busy killing escaping slave, Fisher tiger was alone at the time, so he really might just do what buggy does and free everyone to make chaos so he could save the fishmen and mermaids (He doesn't care about human at the time after all.). They might even just know that fisher tiger was the one responsible after he made the sun pirate with all the ex-slave from marie joa.

With the new knowledge we have from Kuma's backstory regarding the triennial Native Hunting Competition that the Celestial Dragons partake in, it's possible that Fisher Tiger was able to free all those slaves due to the God's Knights being away on an island and genociding their populace.

Jewerly Bonney also. She would have been considered in the excommunicated tier until recently, but now that she has attacked Saint Saturn and revealed her faith in Nika, she for sure is considered an enemy of the gods. Considering also that Saturn literally ordered her execution and that she was raised by Kuma. And her mother wasn't a celestial dragon but a slave, so she was already only half celestial dragon

Bonney was never acknowledged as a world noble, their sex slaves probably get pregnant all the time, but the children are rarely if ever acknowledged as world nobles.

I think you're only considered a world noble if you're full blooded. Half breeds are too tainted to be considered anything but human scum. Keep in mind ever world noble has multiple human wives, and has, no doubt, fathered several children, but I doubt any children not done with another world noble are considered illegitimate. Honestly, a part of me is hoping there is some explanation given on half breeds though, and how they're seen.

I wonder if there are factions among the celestial dragons. Saint Roswald had flowers on him, so he could be following Saint Shepard Ju Peter as he is in charge of agriculture. Also, the Gods knights are knights, meaning that they probably have to recite an oath in front of someone, which could be Saint Topman Warcury, who is in charge of justice.

Note: this is a theory I have come up with but have no faith in coming to fruition. To add to the theory of Kuma dying and one of the straw hats eating the Nikyu Nikyu no mi, as far as we can tell, none of the Strawhats are willing to lose the ability to swim and have a fighting style to adapt the fruit into, except one. Ussop has upgraded his slingshot before with Breath Dials to improve to effectiveness of his attacks. Not only that, his current weapon, Black Kabuto is seemingly alive (unless I’m wrong). And what better form of upgrade for his weapon than the Nikyu Nikyu no mi’s repulsion. The Nikyu Nikyu no mi will join the crew by being eaten by Ussops slingshot.

Ju Peter is probably the worst. He's the warrior god of agriculture, he is probably the reason for world hunger. Mars has a similar title, being the warrior god of environment, but he probably doesn't even care that much about it anyways, since he's a very evil guy. Nusjuro, being the warrior god of finance, manages the money and stuff, so he's probably the reason why there is so much poverty around the One Piece world. Warcury is the warrior god of justice, but given his status as world noble, his justice is probably a very dark one as nobles are very arrogant and pure evil. Saturn, of course as we all know, is the warrior god of defence and science, and he did all those awful experiments on Ginny, is the main reason of all of Kuma and Bonney's suffering, and is probably Bonney's biological father, if you know what I mean.

Saturn is not the father of Bonney. Confirmed by the official translation, Saturn says that Ginny became the 8th wife of a fellow in the holy land. So it's obvious that he wasn't talking about himself but about another celestial dragon

I'm pretty sure that apart from Garling, they won't be able to destroy a country like Doflamingo. The elders are really powerful, if every knights is above Doflamingo, that would be unbearable for the story and make too many powerscaling problems for the ending battle

I have reconsidered Mjosgard execution has a consequence of hurting Charlos. I think that Charlos seeing Shirahoshi was not an accident. Imu had most likely planned to eliminate all the people in the pictures he had. I now believe that the reason for his execution was a misdirection and the true reason was for interfering with the plan to take Shirahoshi away has a threat. Just like the execution of the archeologists of Ohara was not really for trying to revive the ancients weapons, but for learning about the ancient kingdom. The ancient weapons thing was just an excuse to get the public on the side of the government.

Well there's VERY good reasons to believe the Gorosei never actually met with Shanks but rather a relative of his. First of all, he seemed to be dealing with other business at the time of the Reverie. Secondly, reread that chapter and notice how "Shanks" in those scenes is cleverly depicted while obscuring any facial scars or the missing arm....

Interesting detail I just noticed about Garling, as both his younger and older self he still only has two donuts in the same position. I think you're right about this being some sort of ranking system, but it's odd to me that his position didn't change throughout his entire life. At 2:32 you can see the guy on the left also has two donuts in the same position as Garlings but probably of different colors, and he seems to be higher ranking.
