Heroic combats would be triple S tier if they didn't absolutely GUARENTEE you'd roll a 4 high with 6 dice and a re roll. Challenge is a funky one. Only time I've used it is when your hero is in a spot where he might become trapped. Challenge your way out of that mishap is a strat the opponent rarely sees coming.

Really fun episode guys - two thumbs up. I love the images you put up during the discussion as it adds so much visually to the presentation. As for the list, I can’t believe you rate Accuracy that low. I guess a lot of these positions will depend on what armies you play, what heroes you have, what Heroics they can use and how many might points you have. Personally I can see why March would be rated so highly, but personally I NEVER use it. As I play infantry armies, some of which have an average to below average number of Might, getting an extra 3” of movement on one turn is just a waste of a valuable point of Might. However, if you are playing a mobile ‘line breaker’ type list March can be incredibly valuable. I would agree with the placement of most Heroics in your list. Maybe a few could be go up or down one spot, but generally I’d agree with what you’ve got here. The one major exception being Accuracy. I’d actually move this to 3rd and leave the rest where they are. If you play armies with 1/3 (or more) shooting and have numerous Heroes with this ability, it’s so much stronger than most of the other Heroics on the list. The ability to re-roll ‘in the way’ rolls is just so strong. Allows you to target targets of opportunity like banners, drummers, warhorns, models on objectives, cavalry models and 2nd line models with lower Defence. For example, if I have a bunch of archers with strength 2 bows and I’m staring at an enemy battle line with D5 front rand and D4 second rank I’m seriously looking at lining up a good volley of fire at that. Getting a couple of kills there more than pays for that point of Might. Similarly, calling Accuracy with a Hero with additional Might will increase your likelihood of eliminating an important target of opportunity as you can then Might the ‘to Wound’ roll. This can eliminate a banner etc or models that give up victory points. Again, well worth the point of might. Also, Accuracy is much less situational than many of the other Heroics on the list if you have a good amount of shooting in your list. In that case there is almost always an opportunity to use it. I use that Heroic more than any other one on the list, although I realize doesn’t make it the best. PS, I’ve actually used Resolve more than once in a game, but it was vs The Black Riders. Was somewhat useful, but the restriction of not being able to move if you use it really kills that Heroic.

Again super niche senario but a challange on Thror can be fun. So tanky you can challange most things and youll live.

while i agree that strike is a handy tool to have, it is by far and away the most overrated, overhyped and unreliable heroic action in the game. it is great if you can trap something big with a few models, and strike up and try and kill it, no arguments there. so many people use it in 1v1 situations, where even if they get the FV advantage, they may still only have 2 or 3 dice to actually win the fight. And they still lose. Galadriel is one hero who loves a heroic resolve, as she shouldn't be in combat, and doesn't need the might for combats. I agree with your points on the rest.
