I'm not a fan of getting Uncommon Locations as chase rares at all. I'll be buying considerably fewer packs trying to hunt Enchanteds now.

As a Peter Pan lorcana card collector I will have an entire playset of that enchanted pan and no one can stop me.

I just hope I get some Enchanteds this set, I hit a crazy dry streak of like 5-6 box worths of no enchanteds.

Scrooge McDuck I think will be a more attractive card for collectors in Europe because of all the popular Disney comics over there. Scrooge McDuck comics (especially comics by Carl Barks) are very popular.

I only try and get one or two enchanted if I like the set. This one (depending on price), or if I pull one. Top two for me are Mickey and Gramma Tala. Sapphire foils are jus gorgeous. Second would be Jafar, Captain Hook, and RLS Legacy. I'm debating on completing this Master set. I think I will. I completed the first chapter foil/regular/error/promos. Great video

That sounds like quite the collection already! Hopefully you open the expensive ones you want and can pick up the less expensive ones on the secondary market

16:33 OMG! An enchanted variant of the Morph card and that makes it the first enchanted Treasure Planet card! It looks super cool! 😍 29:49 Wow! The RLS Legacy card’s getting an enchanted variant! And the artwork looks phenomenal! So that makes two Treasure Planet enchanted cards in all of Lorcana so far! 🤩

@@HobbyHeroPlays-oi8jtKida -Protector of Atlantis is crazy good. I've been able to test her out using Pixelborn and I'm sad to say (as a player who will want a playset) that I see her upholding that $30 pre-sale price lol. Ugh. 😂

Well, as if the item/location/song/action cards weren't bad enough for pack openers, the artwork and character choice somehow got much worse, personally. Of course this is a bad idea. As you said, Ciderella's Castle maybe could've been a decent choice, or an actual good version of the Pride Lands. As for items, only very specific items that played crucial part in the respective movie or smth, but I can't really remember any that could justify enchanted treatment. Actions/songs as enchanted is just dumb af. Easy way to make people give up faster on opening packs. Well, this way maybe some people will get a grip on their gambling addiction. I'm just glad I just bought the good previous enchanted before they gain more traction after this fail.

Yeah I do feel like as more come out they will get less collectible. I’m sticking with my set 1 complete but probably only one I finish for enchanted

Ursala and Jafar artwork are beautifully enchanted. Everything else looks subpar, which is DREADFUL to say.

Eh, I completely agree that those two are probably the best. But I quite like the Scrooge and Maleficent too. But yeah, this set's Enchanteds seem to be less impressive overall when compared to the first two sets. And don't even get me started on the absurdity that is the Locations being made into chase cards. What a horrible feeling for most people to pull an Enchanted and it be a picture of a desk with some trinkets on it. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Definitely top 5 in playability and art but unfortunately those don’t move the needle much in terms of value

god the collectable categories artwork is near trash. Super super boring. They needed to have someone woth an art 101 class tell them how to paint them. lol

It's a horrible business strategy. I've heard even hardcore Disney collectors bemoaning this decision. I myself am a just a player who enjoys good cars games. I planned to buy 2 cases this set. After seeing the new Enchanted strategy I'll not be doing that. Maybe I'll buy two boxes. I will then follow that up with the singles that I need immediately. From there, I'll probably just buy about 5-10 loose packs a week as my budget allows.

@@Xoulrath_ yeah, it really hurts the LGS trying to sell product when the “big hit” in the packs could be a bulk uncommon.

@@HobbyHeroPlays-oi8jt the Location Enchanteds might not have bothered me, had they been truly spectacular art. Being that I'm something of an artist myself, and my daughter is currently in her last year finishing a double major, half of which is in art, maybe I'm just extra picky. But the thing is, those locations art direction was really lazy. Belle's House has got to be the worst of all. At least Pride Rock is clearly something from The Lion King. Even Kuzco's Palace is clearly a palace. But the inside of a house with a generic desk, some books, and a singular trinket? Lazy.

@@Xoulrath_ I still feel like they should be reserved for truly iconic locations in the future. I personally would love a Cinderella’s Castle or the Cave of Wonders.
