As a United fan, Casemiro has to be in that list. I'd put him at 2, and Isak at 6 behind Palhinha. Isak's been quality, I rate him, but he's only played about half the games (25) Casemiro has (48), and far fewer minutes than him, so your logic for leaving out Casemiro doesn't really make sense. Casemiro is the reason our midfield (and to an extent our defense) has been as good as it has this season. He shields the defense so well, and was the best player on the pitch in the Carabao Cup Final, and so many other games. He's top 3 best CDMs in the league, and allows Eriksen, Bruno, etc. to do their thing. Even fucking Fred has looked good in some games next to him.
