She is correct, I work in a restaurant and have been a chef for 10+ years and lamb weston potato products are very good. Surprisingly their pre-made frozen bags of garlic mashed potatoes are the best product I have had from them.

@@CalminCali idk where you live but if you go to Sysco or Jetro or and Restaurant supplier atleast on the east coast you should be able to find them, though you may have to "buy in bulk" I don't know, I don't buy anything from grocery stores that I can "borrow" from my job lol

I prefer potato “crowns” to tots. And a little celery salt, peprika, salt and pepper, and it is pretty clos to Taco johns Potato Olays

Tater Tots make the best hash browns. Put frozen tater tots on a paper plate and microwave for 2 minutes. While, the tots are in the microwave, heat some oil in a pan. After the tots are done in the microwave, put them in the pan, flatten with a spatula. Cook until crispy on both sides. The bag with the state of Idaho makes the best hash browns.

Wow! This is one of the few times I have gone straight for MORE instead of the main show, because I love me some cylindrical mini hash browns like nobody's business. "Tater Tots" is a trademark of Ore-Ida, but so many people use it as a term for anyone else's similar product that it's nigh become genericized.

GMM really is an educational show. I actually remember one episode where Josh said that Ore-Ida is the only brand that can use "tater tots" in their products. That's why other brands use "tater crowns" or etc. Nice.
