I feel Fugaku is stronger than Shisui and Itachi. He is sad to be Minatos rival and was supposed to be the 4th hokage. And has mangekyo and most likely susanoo. And is the leader of the Clan. People underestimate him cuz we don’t see much of him but putting all the facts about him together we can sort of guess he would be around the same power level as EMS Sasuke. Basically Sasuke from the war right before Sage and Rinnegan powers.

At Sasuke's peak (his adult self) he can match most forms of Madara, but If you mean the Juudara that was unceremoniously written out of the story, that level of Madara is the strongest being in the series. At the very least, Madara can outlast Sasuke in any form, which is probably why it won't be a very long match since Sasuke for sure would be going to heavy based attacks that consume chakra. I'm not saying Sasuke doesn't have chakra to spare, but compared to the host of 10 tails and God tree…..Adult Sasuke is like a baby rat trying to fight a full grown cat and that's only because Kishimoto made Madara to be the monster that he is at the end.

I keep seeing this so I just wanna put in my 2 cents. In terms of favoritism, I find them both equally cool characters. I don't really like one over the other. They both did some really awesome and terrible things, so this fight is really a 50/50 toss up to me (yellow/orange mask version of obito only, no kyuubi) depending on if itachi can catch obito in one of his one hit kill moves. Obito is definitely physically stronger and durable, especially because of zetsu cells and itachi's illness. I think it's safe to say his ninjutsu is a bit stronger as well. But based on the fights of them we've seen I think itachi has a pretty good chance of fooling obito if he goes into the fight hidden with a plan. I think Obito's fight with Konan really drove that point home, that the guy is insanely strong and durable but not unbeatable with a decent plan/basic understanding of kamui. Itachi has known about obito since he was a kid and obito killed his team mate, so it's safe to assume that Itachi has at least one counter to kamui since he's seen it many times from when he was a little kid. His IQ is nearly equal to Minato's, who deduced what kamui is and how to counter it after seeing it once. Based on all that I still feel like the odds going into the fight are still 50/50 until obito gets the rinnegan

Actually no he was not an uchiha. He didn't have the name uchiha nor was he part of the clan. And shin wasn't an uchiha either. He was a clone. All uchiha besides sasuke and sarada are dead.

And i don't think there are many human "descendants" of otutsuki. People have chakra because hagoromo gave it to them.
