I've always felt Ranveer Singh was overhyped from the start. He's good at indulging with people and using stage for fun, but his onscreen talent seems limited. He had a great run from 2013 to 2018, but I just can't tolerate his on-screen persona !

KRK sir yes RS is going thru one heck of rough time but i think he will come back like all others are coming back. RS has 5 filmfare awards out of 8 nomination,I say that is healthy. To me what matters is number of awards actor has won even if he has has give all flops.No one can remwmber how many films actor has done for example sanju and jackie,both did countless movies but every one know jackie got award for parinda,rangeela and sanju for munnabhai and vastav. Anyways....

If I am being honest he's one of my favorite actors in India right now. His character in Padmavaati >> Anything Rabir Kapoor has ever done. And he was able to bring 150 Crore from overseas even from a movie like Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahaani. Imagine if he got Animal movie, how much overseas collection he would have generated?

1:27 That's absolutely nonsense tho. Even a random Rohit Shetty movie like Simba with Ranveer Singh did more than 300 Crore Net and more than any other Cop Universe movie ever. Padmavat was mainly known for Ranvir Singh's acting performance and it did more than 300 Crore Net. Even managed to get 350 Crore world wide from Romantic Comedy like Rocky aur Rani Ki prem Kahani. In comparison Tu Jhooti Main Makaar did only 225 Crore. He had a few flop movies but so did Ranbir Kapoor like Shamsehra. Even 83 Movie did almost 200 Crore world wide at the time no one was watching bollywood.
