'Weapon' as AITCH is using here is slang for an idiot. Hard to explain exactly but, the slang for a weapon is a 'tool'. I think that's how the word 'weapon' began getting used to describe an idiot/aka a tool. Basically - Tool is slang for weapon. Weapon is slang for tool/idiot.

A weapon when talking about a person is somebody who is dangerously stupid a tool. He is dissing people who “need a weapon”.

NO ONE ever seems to pick up the "Bus Pass, Pass back bar... peeps used to use a buss pass and then pass back to pal behind them to get on a bus for free, 3 or 4 people traveling on on one pass" hahaha

I think it's because of the culture difference, buses are barely a thing in Americam especially when in the UK buses are everywhere, most ppl from the UK know what it means to pass back a bus pass but most Americans have never experienced that.
