I'm so exited that a manufacture has finally invested in the production of the Berlin Mills Boxcar. Thanks Rapido for picking up the gauntlet. I think as news of this release spreads, the jade green and distinctive BMS bird logo will resonate with modelers who will recall seeing the prototype in the past, and in the present on the rails, prompting further interest, in addition to many of us who have long awaited this edition to our models. I would be surprised if these do not sell out !

Of course Rapido announces some G22 gons just as I am halfway through building my resin kits. Still ordering btw😊

Berlin Mills. YES! I will order every 6 pack you decide to produce. It is my absolute favorite freight car and will be an integral part of my operating scheme on my railroad. I am impressed on how you took this from my product suggestion to production in just a couple months. Hmm, what shall I suggest next? ;)

Gotta go to the pictures from 1997ish of FL9 pictures i took and see if the road numbers match. And will definitely be getting a handful of the gondolas. Was planning on coming up today but have to do brakes on my car. Just bad timing. Have fun.

Mr Shron - I'm not going to stop asking for one or the other of the extra water tenders used by the iconic CPR Hudson on its recent epic travels out of Canada and back. With the excellent Rapido 28XX selling like mad, even over here in UK there is a need to replicate this train with a complete consist - including one or the other [or both] of these cars. A small-run specialist is making one - I have it ordered already - but for sure it won't be a fine a model as a Rapido product. With you already making an oddball car in the form of a steam generator, I'm betting that the sales of these water canteens would beat them out of the ballpark.

I would do anything to get my hands on a New Haven FL9! I wish you guys would we release them as they originally appeared in a new run, as the first runs are either discontinued or hard to find. But to be honest, I’ll probably get a ConnDOT unit in New Haven paint. It’s more modernized, but it’s better than nothing.
