When someone from N.Y. say something is "Kind of crazy" what it really means is that what they're describing is absolutely insane, and near impossible to comprehend 😂😂😂

“HOPES” is everywhere in L.A. Same color scheme also. I guess made the trek all the way to NYC.

I think most big LA writers starting going national these past couple of years. Msk specifically seems to have made it a mission lol

thought this was LA briefly because of HOP3S and SHI3. They are all over LA in the same colors. cool to see they made it all the way to NY.

It's been impressive to say the least. My hats off for the courage to repel down a building on a mission like that. But damn. It brings me life seeing these old brick monsters get absolutely CRUSHED in paint.

These dudes have been killing it. The size and quality that they're doing while repelling is crazy. Wonder what the next evolution will be.

Gotta hand it to that DSEL guy. Personally I found that style somewhat questionable but it is definitely an iconic name now in NYC and to be getting up in places that require some skill in abseiling/ rappelling is seriously commendable. Props for posting this video mate. Bless. 👍😊

Yo, Dope as always, If you think about it that's what graff is all about. Buggin out spots that make you say, how they do that? It takes you on a journey. I love graffiti ever since my brother first taught me back in 1973, peace to my cousin SONNY 107, CHECKER170, AMOR OTB, TRACY 168 RIP. BX for ever. Would love for you to sign my book. Peace to SPEL, stay up my brother.

XSM is seriously on some OTHER shit bro. the stuff down in the Bowery is absolutely fucking insane. the stuff that some of these kids are doing these days is seriously on some next level shit. it reminds of the Pixadors in Brazil, is sort of where this vibe originated from (in my opinion). the only dude i can recall of the top of my head around the PNW that was climbing into crazy rope spots was ELMS.
@KP-ec7mr6 ай бұрын
I agree about the Pixadors, especially when I found some of the graff videos they had where doing this type of death defying stuff was just a normal thing. I'm pretty sure they were from either the late 90's or early 2000s. If I find them I'll comment a link to it. Same goes for Elms BTH doing rope spots, he has an IG account and I know some of the dudes doing it now give him props for being a pioneer. For me I'm pretty sure Gufe from the same crew was when I saw it first in the late 2000s. BTH had a crazy run in Las Vegas where I'm from so them doing high risk stuff like that was a logical progression to me 😂 They still have stuff from the early to mid 2000s that hasn't been touched over here.
@worstcommentever6 ай бұрын
Alright so, you can actually take what it was you just said about Elms & Gufe and what they did out in Las Vegas during that era…. An’ you could straight apply that to Oakland & SF Bay Area. They were out here real heavy around that same ‘08-‘12 (best guess…) all playin’ around on them damn ropes n’ sh*t. Plenty of those spots still shining here, too. Aye, respect to those dudes, for sure!

Can't wait to hit up NY in a few months to see how wild the graff scene looks now. I haven't been there since 2016 and it was already overwhelming for me that time 😂 the stuff going on now is WAY crazier in comparison so I look forward to it.

Used to do tree work in my early 20s so being on the ropes is ok but repelling and painting is brave, the time scale and risk of getting seen 🤯. im like a virgin if I paint - in and out no mucking about, dope video as usual , Mike Manchester 🇬🇧
