Massive respect to dizzy. Remember him breaking through on the garage scene. Then made himself a star. Keeping him slef level headed and real. What a real guy. Such a great interview. Someone the youth should watch and look up to. No hand ups , no arrogance , just talent, drive and focus.

Remember seeing him at rock ness. He broke up 2 fights and got the crowd to move back so paramedics Could get to someone that collapsed. Then went on to absolutely smash it with his performance.

Keep up the great work, the pair of you 👌 ( goosebumps when Dizzee started talking about “ Bonker’s “ , this tune was a banger along with so many others, but even more poignant for me as I always had this in my head when deployed out on patrol in Afghanistan !! Ah man. Fucking loved this. I am 30 now but Dizzee was a huge part of my life all through my teens & twenties. A lot of good and bad memories in that time, but the Sidewinders, Boy in da corner, Maths + English albums etc. were all there with me during that journey. Not just a versatile musical genius but a humble, intelligent & sound individual. Thanks Dizzee & James for the podcast 🙌
